Forest Hill Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy facility dedicated to providing patient-centered care from highly skilled Licensed Physical Therapists and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants. For more than 25 years, Forest Hill Physical Therapy has been a staple in the community and continues to evolve to meet the needs of our patients.
To that end, we have expanded our services beyond the facility and into Essex County and surrounding counties. Our mission is to provide physical therapy care in an inspiring and personal environment that is judgment-free. Our therapists focus on communicating with each patient to identify personal barriers in order to create the best treatment plan and deliver quality outcomes.

Our clinical affiliation program and externship opportunities are our way of supporting future healthcare professionals in an ever-changing healthcare landscape. Forest Hill Physical Therapy (FHPT) strives to provide an irreplaceable experience for students that will prepare them to thrive and serve in the years to come.
Physical Therapy is available through video or phone for our established patients who cannot attend an in-person visit. Your physical therapist will monitor and evaluate your treatment plan and provide instruction to improve and/or control your current state until you are able to return to the office.

The staff and the doctor are so warm and inviting a lot of days when I come in even though I may not show it I could be severely depressed and I walk out of there and my body is renewed and my mind is renewed .......they focus on not just the physical difficulties you’re going through but they’re also concerned about your emotional well-being........ I highly recommend this doctor and his supporting staff to anyone in need of therapy.

Man...talk about being positive. The entire team is so kind and accommodating. From the first day I felt welcomed and like they really want me to get better: you will get better coming here. I had consistent knee pain before coming here for treatment. Because of physical therapy treatment I feel much better and happier! Coolest thing by far is that not only they worked on me, but also taught me the exercises to do at home so I could get better faster. Thank you Doc and Positive Team !
