There's no penalty for canceling due to weather with 24 hour notice. If 24 hour notice is provided, your deposit will be refunded. E&J will monitor the hour by hour forecast through the Friday before. Rain: E&J will set up if there's just a passing shower, but not if it's raining all day. Wind: E&J will not set up if the forecast shows winds over 15mph with wind gusts exceeding 20 mph as the conditions are considered unsafe for a bounce house.
Yes, we service the greater Sacramento area. Please be aware that the further out the location, the travel fee will account for fuel and additional time needed to support your event. You can call our office to get an accurate quote. That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins.

Wow! Where to start! For my son’s 6th birthday we rented this awesome slide from E&J Funday. They let you know a window for delivery and they set up so quickly. All the kids had a blast and rode this slide well into the evening. It was a huge hit and well worth it. They contacted us for pick up and were just as fast packing up. We will be renting again!

The booking process was so easy and they were very communicative with confirmations and arrival times. They arrived on time, early even, and the delivery and set up team were extremely communicative and accommodating. The payment process was very straight forward and easy and they picked up the bounce house quickly and cleanly and on time. We will definitely use them again for future events!

I was not sure which bounce house waterslide combo to rent. I was able to speak with someone about my child’s age group and they recommended the perfect slide for us. They were right on point, all the kids enjoyed the bounce house slide.
I will say that there was plenty of open communication. Much of it was easily done via text or reminders from emails. It was easy to put down a deposit and pay later. I also liked the tipping option when I went to pay my final bill. I still tipped

My first time ever renting a bounce house & E&J was the best first experience. Their website makes it so easy to see dates & times available. They also have a variety of bounce house/slide combos as well as add on items.
They're very good at communicating back & forth via text or call. On the day they set up the bounce house, one part was collapsing but we were able to fix it quickly. I'm not if it was the owner, but one of the guy called me & came back to check on the bounce house to make sure it was running smoothly.
Pricing for rentals are fair.

Hands down the best customer service of any company around. We have a steep driveway and the entrance to our backyard not only has a lot of steps but it is hard to access. They came out to review the situation, they kept up with communication, and gave our son the ultimate birthday party. I highly recommend E&J for your next party!

E&J has mastered the meaning of customer service. Let me start off by saying the communication via text message is highly effective and the whole voicemail/email method is obsolete. It's 2021, companies need to get with the program if they want an instant connection with the customer.
E&J has made the whole process of renting out door patios easy. They arrived on time. The service was great. The communication and response time were amazing!

We had a great experience with these guys! We made an easy switch from a Bounce house/slide combo to a dunk tank so, we could better practice social distancing, and it was a hit. The reservation and rental process was easy and can all be done online. They were responsive, on time and everything was clean for our use. I would certainly use their services again.

From the start, communicating was quick and easy, smooth process - even when i had to change the date of my event after placing the initial reservation. Timely, responsive and accommodating. So nice to have an A+ customer service experience. The waterslide we rented was in perfect condition and as described. Best part, we had a blast! Made my husband's 40th birthday party next level. This owner is an amazing person! We had another company fail to show up to deliver our bounce house with water slide on my son's birthday. I frantically searched for another place. I called this company first and even though he did not have one available, he gave me a bunch of recommendations until I found somebody who could. He went out of his way to help me. What a great person and we plan to use this company in the future.

E&J Funday did such an amazing job for my son's birthday party! They have the absolute best prices in town. Their drop off and tear down of the bounce house was so fast and easy. We didn't have to do a thing!! We were concerned that during the quarantine he wouldn't have a fun birthday with everything being closed and his friends not being able to come but it was the exact opposite! In fact he said it was the best party he's ever had! We will definitely be using them in the future. If you aren't sure which company to go with you can't go wrong with E&

E&J Funday Rentals has been amazing! I moved here from the Bay Area last year and have only used them! Our first 4th of July block party was the start. They always show up earlier than expected and let you enjoy the rental as long as you can ( sometimes past the pick up time) I have used them for both of my kids birthdays for jump houses, tables and chairs and most recently my newest babies 1st birthday. They dropped off the jump house, tables and chairs the night before the party making it super convenient for me to get set up earlier. Everything is super clean!

We needed extra tables and chairs, quite last minute, for Christmas dinner. Not only did E&J come through for us, but they pick up and deliver free (with a minimum order). That is a fantastic service that alleviated a lot of holiday stress. Family owned business that takes pride in taking care of people courteously. We ordered a jump house-water slide combo for our son's 1st birthday and it was a hit! Kids loved it, we loved that they were entertained and stayed cool in triple digit weather! E&J Funday made it so easy from answering questions to quick set up. We even got extra time with the jump house which was a nice bonus :) we will always order from this company, and I'm sure they have the best prices in town. Hands down best prices around. Seriously could not believe how good their prices were compared to the prices other companies were quoting me. And I researched a TON. I was VERY happy with the price and the friendliness of everyone I interacted with. I shopped around for water slides for my daughters graduation party and they were by far the best deal around! We had to make some changes due to weather and they were very understanding. We were able to get a number of fun activities to replace the water slide. I HIGHLY recommend E&J Funday.
