This has got to be one of the rudest customer service professional I have spoken to. The main woman who answers their main number and returns the calls should not be speaking with customers as she does not know how to be kind or professional. I called to ask one question and she was rude and agitated. Wow you'd think that after the tough couple of years we had they would welcome business rather than discourage it.
There are plenty of other business that offer similar rentals but have excellent customer service.

So I called about a corporate event for a couple of rental items. I got a quote, asked if they could work on the delivery fee as I didn't realize that was not included in the rental. Sales person said she needed to speak with manager, I called daily and apparently he was not in. Took 3 days of calling to get a response that they couldn't waive it, I agreed to the price and then they say they don't have staff to deliver or stay to run the rental. Why even give a quote if you can't fulfill. Terrible customer service. Save yourself time and frustration and go elsewhere.

Had the pleasure of working with Sonia, Sharri, Vern and Jeremy of Inflatable Adventures for our annual company xmas party. We had some big visions for the decor but started planning a little later than usual so lots of the items we wanted were booked. We were referred to Inflatable Adventures and they had exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a sleigh people can sit in for photos, as well as other holiday décor. Sonia initially took my call/email and had Sharri assist with the planning. Vern was involved towards the end, and I worked with Jeremy on site. All were great to work with

If I could give this place no stars I would. On the website it tell you to type in what days you would like to rent the jumper as well as the time frame. Whoever the person was who was emailing me back had all the information they needed but kept asking again and again. Then 2 DAYS LATER after emailing back and forth I'm informed that they don't have any available for the day I requested FROM THE VERY FIRST EMAIL. And when I expressed my disappointment I was never responded too. Don't rent from here!!!!

Hired Inflatable Adventures to provide a bunch of activities for my wife's 50th "big kid" birthday party. They were AWESOME! Arrived early to set everything up and were very professional. Everyone enjoyed all of the activities they provided, including the balloon battles, 27 foot slide, and mechanical bull. The dunk tank was also a hit. Had a slight issue (not worth mentioning) but the company handled it extremely well. I could have hired a local company and avoided the expensive two-plus hour trip fee, but Inflatable Adventures had flawless communication and were extremely great

No customer service , I did call to book Hopping Ponies to my school event , and school is 10 miles away from them, they want to charge me $78 for delivery ,and I ask to speak to the manger to decrease or waive the delivery fees, no one responded back
2 days later I called to check on the order and speaking with manger, they told me the order is cancelled because they don't have a vehicle to deliver the equipment !!!
Order was cancelled and nobody contact me to let me know
I have the option not to put any star I will do
I'll never ever use this company again

Absolutely LOVE this company!!! I talked to Sonia, and she was able to quickly and efficiently get me all the info I needed to have an amazing corporate party!!
The site manager, Vern, came out (for free) and was able to assess the area we were working with and help me to figure out the best attractions to use. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgable.
The day of the event the crew that came out was on time and quick to get everything in place before our event started. The party was an absolute hit! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Terrific event, terrific customer service!
Inflatable Adventures supplied a "human foosball" for a team building event for us. Not only were they very professional and fun to work with, but they worked diligently to ensure that the insurance policy needs of our property management company were met.
We'll be using their services again in the future.

The last four years I have used Inflatable Adventures for our Junior High camp, and they have come through strong every time, including great non-profit discounts and exemplary customer service. I wasn't going to be able to afford them for our event this year, and they offered me a complimentary obstacle course to keep my business. Each time we speak on the phone their employees know exactly what to do and who I should speak to if they don't know. And their day-of-event employees are professional and timely and thorough and safe in their set-up and running the events.
