Stayed July 2021, notified the owner in advance we would be bringing a service animal. The owner reached out and says there's an additional "pet cleaning fee" for service animals of $45. I asked are you sure, there's not supposed to be any additional fees by law for service animals. But this person was very forceful and confident about their right to charge this pet fee as they called it for a service animal. After our stay, my husband pointed out the platform's policy specifically prohibits this practice and so we requested a refund of the fee a week after our visit. Was not very satisfied with

My hubby & I rented Bear Paw #6 for 5 nights. The cabin was clean, easy to access & reasonable distance to Helen, Cleveland & Dahlonega, GA. The directions to the cabin were great! It was small, but perfect for just the two of us. This was our first time renting thru VRBO so we were skeptical, but turned out to be a pleasant trip. I would recommend & return to Timberloft Cottages/Cabins

Adorable little cottage, cozy, warm, decorated for Christmas! Perfect size for my husband, puppy, and me! We lit a fire every night and curled up under the warm flannel sheets! Every day after we got finished hiking, the hot tub helped us relax away the day! Perfect for those on a budget. Loved coming here this time of year.

My fiancé and I had a staycation here. We both enjoyed it very, very much. The cabin is about the size of a nice hotel room. It has a kitchenette, a hot tub, a loft with a very comfortable mattress, a porch swing, and a tv... just to mention a few of the amenities. The cabin is perfect for two people. The woman I spoke with about checking in was very sweet. I got some beautiful photos of my fiancé with the greenery outside as the background. I love the aesthetic of the outside. It's very romantic. I plan on staying here in the future.

My husband and I stayed here during a quick getaway vacation. It was absolutely perfect! There was no cell phone signal, so no chance of interruptions, but had Wi-Fi and cable tv, which was very nice. The cabins are separate from each other, so it's not like a hotel where there's noise from other visitors upstairs, and every cabin has its own hot tub on the front porch, with privacy curtains that allowed us to relax together outside without feeling like we were being watched. Awesome! The cabin was exactly as stated. It was very clean and quiet. The only thing I didn't like was the dog from the neighbor that came to visit barking at my husband. The owner of the dog should have controlled their pet, instead she thought it was funny. Staying in the cabin is so much better than a hotel. It was the perfect get a way for my husband I. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. The cottage was comfortable, cozy, had really cool decor, and was close to all of the places we wanted to go. Better still, we could actually afford it! They had plenty of linens and pillows and cooking supplies. Just bring your clothes and toiletries (about like staying at a hotel). The only 'special' item I brought was my french press (but the cottage did have a drip coffee maker, I'm just picky). You do have to bring your own coffee and cream, which is better for me anyway. This place will rob you of your money if you do not watch it... I made a reservation and then called back the same day to cancel said reservation due to staffing issues at work and wasn't going to be able to make it for the stay. Even after explaining all of this to them the owner still kept all of my money. They did have a rental agreement that states if you call to cancel a reservation 14 days prior to arrival then they will only charge a 35.00 cancellation. Within the 14 day they retain your deposit, that being said how is that just when it was within 24 hours of booking and cancellation
