I got a quick response when I reached out about an issue with my laptop. Had my computer back in a very short time. They even checked in after a week to see how things were going. Great company, great people! I highly recommend!

To come here and have David tell me he can save my data, and then get it back after paying $325 and all of it being missing is just unacceptable! If he wasn't capable of doing this he should have just said so. We lost all of our family photos, and tax records. We will NEVER go back to this place.

Brought my sons laptop in to get repaired , Really didn't know what was wrong with it. Dave did a great job of telling and showing me what was wrong with it. He told me a price , fixed the repair in a timely manner and was very professional throught out the whole process. Got a customer for life.

Did very good and fast work on my custom gaming pc! Took about a day to figure out the problem and fix it! They answered all my questions in detail and were very friendly. 5/5 would recommend for any computer repairs!

Could not be happier with the service I received. Was able to get an appointment to drop off my computer quickly. They thoroughly explained their process and fee structure. Hamilton Computer Repairs saved me from the depths of hell! (Literally!) My computer was a nightmare. It did whatever it wanted to; I was completely at it's mercy. Honestly, I was ready to throw it in the trash, but then, in a last ditch effort, I googled, "computer help" near my location.
Hamilton Computer Repairs came up and I read the reviews and they sounded solid. I was still skeptical though, because we all know that some on-line reviews can be bought or faked... (such a shame) but I decided to take a chance anyway.

I needed to have a cracked touchscreen replaced on my laptop. Nick was awesome-clearly explained everything involved, the cost, and how long it would take. It actually took LESS time than expected, and the work was excellent! I would highly recommend Hamilton Computer Repair should you have any repairable computer issues.

I had work done to my computer about 2 months ago. I am not computer savvy. My computer had crashed and I thought I had lost everything. well the folks at Hamilton Computer repair not only fixed my issues but this computer runs much better than it ever has. Brought our laptop to have a new fan! They had it fixed within a few days! Never tried to sell us on anything else! Very reasonable prices! Both men working there were very pleasant and knowledgeable!

So, this a pretty late review but I feel compelled to correct my oversight...

Last year I took my niece's Apple laptop to Apple because she forgot her password and was getting slow. Yeah, Apple store said need to make an appointment and it is 2 weeks out. Yeah, no thanks.

So remembered Hamilton Computer Repairs is just down the road and can take right away.

Took then less than 1 day to contact me "It's Ready!!" ! Went to pay, let's just say I pay more for my 2 weeks coffee addiction than what I was charged at Hamilton Computer Repairs. Always great to hear and my checkbook

I used to do business directly with David the owner and was happy with what he provided for service. I then had a new HD installed in one of my work computers. I've been back several times because my HD is showing 2 installations of Windows and I repeatedly get error message that Windows Defender is not working (though I have the same exact antivirus software in addition to Windows Defender on my other work computer). David keeps having me deal with Vincent. The problem has not been fixed each time I come in. I've asked to have David, himself, work on the computer and this was his last

I love this place!! As a complete idiot, I get terrified when anything goes wrong with my laptop...thank GOD these lovely people helped me-especially Vincent. I was completely panicked and he absolutely resolved the issue quickly, efficiently, and kindly. Def come here!! What I thought was going to be a major job turned out to be a quick $75 fix. I can't thank David enough. My husband and I had an old laptop that hadn't worked for years, but held some of our favorite family photos within it and we couldn't bring ourselves to throw it away. I brought it in to Hamilton Computer Repairs to see what they could do, and within a couple of days David had successfully recovered the laptop and all of its saved files. Recently found my laptop in need of repair. Completely dead. I dropped it off at Hamilton and it was fixed the next day and all my data was still intact. i would highly recommend them if you are in the Worcester area.

David helped me out when my laptop stopped reading cd's, replacing my CD tray quickly so I could get back home and install Dragon Age: Inquisition with no problems. He's also helping me out with re-installing Win8 on said laptop since my repair/renew option failed and the recovery media is missing. Super awesome guy who provides fast service that gets things done right.
