Chuck was very prompt to reply and showed up when he said he would. I'm a property manager and he went out to one of our rental properties that had a toilet issue. He was honest and straight forward stating that the problem we have isn't what he does. He referred me to another plumber. I really appreciate the time he took to work with me and my tenant. I had a clogged drain. I called several plumbers. Chuck (the owner) was the first plumber to come out. He quickly assessed the problem, went to work, and fixed the issues. And he gave me tips to avoid the same problem in the future. I will use them again for future plumbing issues.

Brian and Chuck have been out three times, and they are a pleasure to work with. They very clearly know drain systems extremely well, especially with all the older sewer pipes in Seattle. They are extremely professional, get the job done efficiently, and are completely transparent in all of their work. Chuck and Brian did a great job unclogging my driveway drain. They discovered the issue immediately and were dedicated to correcting it along with instructions to prevent the roots from coming back and clogging the drain again. Plumbing emergencies are one of those nightmares you hope you never have to face. I've heard such HORROR stories. The Pipe Doctor recommended GreenLake Sewer so I checked out their reviews here. I called 7 different companies and found Green Lake Sewer & Drain not only the most affordable, but also the most responsive. I called in the morning and was offered a site visit in the afternoon. We had some blockage in our gutter drain and are so glad that we spoke with Green Lake Sewer & Drain. It was the only company that was honest enough to tell me that hydro-jetting (the more expensive process) was not necessary and could destroy our concrete pipe. Chuck is an all around great guy. First to respond on a Friday afternoon then came the NEXT day, Saturday AM, to clean out my main line. Very thorough, checked the utility sink, toilet and shower to make sure everything was running and open before he finished. Then he charged me the weekday rate even though its a Sat! That was SO nice of him. I'm definitely using him for yearly maintenance of my house's sewer lines in the future.

Chuck is a stellar guy. He was responsive and honest. When I told him about our exterior drain issue, he offered to come by and take a look free of charge. He identified some potential issues and solutions, and gave us a range of pricing. It was much lower than other companies we talked with. Chuck sent Brian and Raymond out the following week. Thanks to Chuck and Darius who just left. Super impressed with them. Friday night water started coming up from a drain in the basement, so I assumed that a drain was clogged. Called GreenLake Sewer and Drain on Saturday morning and they arrived less than 1 hour later! They took a look, and quickly diagnosed that the issue was not with the sewer but with the sump pump. These guys are awesome. Used them to clean out the sewer on our new house, and the original sewer report from the seller suggested that we might need a hydro-jet. Brian came out with Ray, and after taking a look at it, they said hydro-jet would be more expensive, and actually be bad for our sewer pipe. They cabled it, and fixed the issue quickly and inexpensively.
We then used them to clean out the sewer in our old house to get it ready for sale. Here, we needed hydro-jet, and Brain, Chuck, and Ray all came out. Because of access issues, this was a tough job. I think a lot of other companies

Greenlake sewer & drain came to my rescue today (during Covid-19 outbreak, no less) and unclogged my sewer pipe line. Chuck arrived shortly before the 10am appointment & we discussed the house sewer & pipe lines. He promptly got to work with an electric drum-machine pipe auger. After 100+ feet of cable down the drain, he guided through the clogged sections expertly. When he retracted the cable, up came a mass of BABY WIPES (and some old-style mop string) used by someone else living on my street! We tested the sewer line with all the house taps running and it was fully working again
