At precisely 5:30pm on a Friday night, I went down into my basement to fetch a roll of paper towels only to find that my sewer had backed up all over the floor. Perfect timing, as always. Trisha was out here the next day, in spite of the short notice, and was professional and helpful beyond the call of duty. After clearing the blockage, I decided to have her line my side sewer. She was prompt and dedicated throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Trisha!

Trish at the Pipe Doctor was responsive to my plumbing needs. She was Prompt and efficient figuring out my problems. Though no major plumbing is inexpensive their prices are right in there with everyone else. Their team dug my sewer and lined my sewer out to the city main very quickly. I am happy with their work.

Trisha and her team were amazing to work with. We've been talking about getting drainage for my gutters for over a year now and I finally went through with it and I'm glad I did. The Pipe Doctor was very competitive with their prices, extremely communicative and the work was amazing and they left everything the way things were beforehand.

We are so happy with the work that Trisha and her team did at our house in the Maple Leaf neighborhood and would highly recommend The Pipe Doctor for your plumbing needs. We smelled sewer under our deck and called her immediately. She was able to work us into they're busy schedule starting the day after we called. She was very responsive even answering my calls with questions off hours. She diagnosed my issue in a timely manner and was very professional and up front about the issue and how much it would cost to repair the damage. When our sewer backed up into the basement they came right away, found the problem, dug down to the blockage that couldn't be moved, removed the huge tree roots from the pipe and then lined it. The entire crew were friendly and professional. I will definitely call them again if I ever need to.

Our sewer line backed up about a month after moving into our 100 year old house. The pipe doctors were able to come and help us repair it in only a few days. With some coaching from the pipe doctors, I was ultimately able to save quite a bit of money on the job by doing the digging and sewer snaking myself and leaving the pipe-fitting to the professionals.

I have researched many, many plumbers in the area and received multiple quotations but The Pipe Doctor is far better than the rest. And even though it was an emergency, the issue was dealt with efficiently. They are on time with their work and they got good work etiquette, they are very polite and the quality? It's superb! Tricia was recommended to me by a very technically smart architect. I'm a structural engineer by training so I wanted someone I could talk intelligently with to help figure out the drainage issues and corrections at my house after a pipe failed that connected to my a sump pump one rainy night. I asked her to help with a drainage assessment on the property. She pulled up the storm/sewer cards on her phone and walked me through all the weaknesses in the drainage system and provided cost effective and reliable options. Our sewer main line backed up last Friday at 5pm. Trisha and Josh were kind enough to come out that evening to help solve the issue. Unfortunately, the 70 year old concrete line had collapsed in on itself. They scoped it and showed me the damage and were able to locate exactly where the break was. They showed up first thing the next morning (Saturday) and replaced the broken section of pipe in just a few hours. I highly recommend The Pipe Doctors!

Really happy with this local business, called them about having some outside drains unclog. They were very prompt in their response and competitively priced. Trisha was quickly able to unclog one of my drains, unfortunately the other is too far gone. She did give me some advice on how to remedy the situation going forward. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend to friends or family.

Had a collapsed sewer line. Day 1- Trisha came out and provided a very competitive estimate. Day 2 - Trisha, Josh, and crew came out to dig up and repaired the sewer line the next day. Yay! Day 4 - Needed an inspection completed by City so it took an extra day but this wasn't necessarily their fault.

I contacted them suspecting I had a severe water line leak, and they responded almost immediately and came out same day. Turns out it was a leaky hose bibb; they diagnosed it for free, and not only that, explained to me very clearly how I could most likely do the job myself. ALL AT NO CHARGE. I was able to do so---but I would call them again in an instant. I've found my new plumber. Trisha and Josh are simply fantastic.

I am so happy with the work Trisha and Josh did to fix my fully clogged sewer line during the COVID-19 crisis. If I could do it all again, the only thing I would have done differently is called them sooner! They:
1. Were super responsive. Every time I called, they either dropped what they were doing to take my call, or called me back ASAP.
2. Were punctual and reliable. They had to come twice and both times arrived when they said they would and called and gave me a heads up when they said they would. I got the impression they went out of their way to help me as quickly as possible.

If I could give Josh and Trisha 10 stars, I would. They completely saved the day (let's be honest, the WEEK, at least) for us. We apparently had three root intrusions in our side sewer line, which backed up our entire system and made it so we couldn't live in our house until this issue was fixed.
