Great tire shop. Andy was so helpful and honest. Good workers and the waiting room is pet friendly so that was a plus! Also across the street to anchor bar the birth of the chicken wing! Definitely trustworthy and would recommend to anyone.

Wish i could give lower than one star. Failed my inspection due to a "tire issue" and charged me 70 dollars for an oil change... they took my inspection sticker because i wasnt going to buy tires that i didnt need. about a half an hour after i left the shop i went to another shop and passed my inspection with no issues. Dont go here, especially if youre a woman. They reminded me of monroe muffler. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and dont waste your time at this place.

I purchased tires 4 years ago, and this week ran over a huge bolt. brought it to them, they plugged it. and I'm off back in my vehicle safely same day and no charge. very good experience and great customer service.

I want to give them 5 stars because I used them once, but I have requested a quote and they didn't respond back. However, there are many mechanic shops can provide auto service.

When I took my car to the dealership for the 90,000 mile checkup, they recommended replacing the rear brakes. I made an appointment with Cleve-Hill because they're closer than the dealership. Very Covid-safe--the people behind the counter were wearing masks, there was a plexiglass shield, and signs said you can't enter without a mask. I left my car, and they said they'd call me in about three hours.

I got a call in about an hour and a half and thought, Oh, now what's wrong? They were calling to say that I didn't need brakes at all, and the current brakes would be good

I have now taken my car to Cleve-Hill (the one across from Anchor Bar) 3 times: once for them to run some diagnostic tests, the second time for my car's inspection, and the third time to do some brake work. I am very happy with all of the work they've done on my car! Their prices are reasonable, and customer service is polite and friendly. Recommend!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Waited 5 hours for an inspection, where they said my brakes failed inspection and I needed to purchase new brakes. I was charged the inspection price anyway and I proceeded to take my car elsewhere. I was issued an inspection at the new place in 20 minutes. I also overheard a conversation if he was going to pass it or not and then whether or not to charge me. This place is clearly a money grab with con artists at the front desk (Chris). Do not waste your time or be talked into extras, very untrustworthy.

I called about getting a rim ...the guy who answered didn't even acknowledge my question just said call 884 4040 to get a price on a rim , he asked how did you get this number and said we are the wholesale warehouse ya gotta call the store ...so apparently nobody knows what is going on .

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Family owned and operated. Did not feel any sales pressure like you would generally experience at a big box corporate auto service retail store. It was easy to do business and get my car fixed by people who didn’t see me as an open wallet! Thank you for taking care of my vehicles needs and maintenance with empathy and honesty!!! I would give this zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service. Call around and get your quotes from other shops because this one will take advantage of anyone they can. Beware of this place

I had a good experience here. I live just a block away and it is always busy, so I figured it must have a solid reputation. I brought in my Jeep (It's only a 2017 model) due to a leak in one of my tires. I also needed a state inspection. Unfortunately, they were all booked and I had to wait a couple of days to drop the car off. Since I was working at Buffalo General that day, I dropped off the car and walked straight to work. Within a few hours, they called saying the car was all set - they fixed my tire and performed the state inspection, all for a reasonable price! They even accepted a coupon

I have been using Cleve-Hill on Main St. in Buffalo for over 10 years. I can completely trust them for routine maintenance, tires and also major repairs. Their customer service is excellent; they do not try to oversell you and I think that their prices are fair. No doubt less than the dealer. If you work nearby someone may even be available to drive you to work in the morning. I highly recommend Cleve-Hill.

They were very friendly and very efficient. They explained to me clearly what was wrong with my car and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely come back again if I need anything fixed or if I need inspections.

I looked around all morning to find a reasonably priced oil change and tire rotation. Everywhere I called quoted me at semi-synthetic but Cleve-Hill was the only place to tell me ahead of time that I might need full synthetic based on my make and model. Rob was very helpful and got me in that day even though I was on a time constraint. He also told me about a coupon ahead of time. All in all it was a great experience and I will come here in the future for any repairs!

Oh, and he didn't hit me with a ton of unneeded repairs either.

These guys helped out my daughter who is a med student in Buffalo. Not only did they fix her fuel line in her car in a timely manner at a great price but they even added oil and fixed her turn signals at no extra cost. On top of all that, they even offered her a ride back to Roswell Park. As a father who can't be there, it's good to know there are great businesses like this out there. Thank you Cleve-Hill Auto.

After driving around ALL day trying to get our car inspection taken care of, I found this place on Yelp when searching near by auto shops and decided to call. They immediately told us to come right in and we'd be taken care of (other shops had 2 hour wait times). In the lobby they gladly give you the wifi password and have 2 stations set up for those who need to use their laptop. I was impressed with the level of customer service provided and friendly staff. Complimentary WiFi, bottled water, and k-cups = Win, Win, WIN!!! I'll be coming back here when I need something done!!

After my post below, they called me, apologized, and took me right in and got the tires done quickly, professionally, and with a high level of courtesy. Clearly my first visit must have been an anomaly. Don't let my previous review sway you against them. They certainly made good. I appreciate their efforts.

Really polite and explained everything they did to my car, got my car repairs done within 4 hours of dropping my cat off without a prior appointment. They did charge 90 for diagnostics that I wasn't thrilled with but cars are just expensive to maintain.
