After establishing our roots 8 years ago, we are "transplanting" our practice to a new location, 4655 N. Port Washington Rd, Suite 125. We are so excited for you all to see our new office! It is just south of the old location, and will be modern, fresh, technology forward space. However, we will still strive to maintain the individualized patient centric care you all have come to know.

Everyone is very nice and courteous, starting with the receptionist. Dr Micallef and the hygienists interact with you, answering your questions and letting you know step by step what’s happening. They are a wonderful group people.

Dr Mike is a terrific dentist, excellent with kids and adults alike. But scheduling an appointment is as frustrating as it gets. The office manager simply never answers the phone. I’ve tried all different hours of the day, multiple times a day, nothing works… I think she’s decided that she prefers to call patients on her terms and you’re always forced to leave a message. If you have a busy job and unable to answer when she fancies to return the call, that means you are forced into playing phone tag; on a couple of occasions I simply gave up. This has been going on consistently for three

I've been with Dr. Mike Micallef for about 12 years now and with Family Tree Dentistry since their beginning. The professionalism of the entire staff and the personal care and warmth of Dr. Mike makes "going to the dentist" every six months more like going to see friends and know that I will get the best dental care in the area. I have recommended Family Tree Dentistry to friends and continue to do so.

Dr. Mike is thorough and kind. He’s easy to work with. Amy, the receptionist, tries her best to fit me in when I’m available. The location is right off the highway. The team they have at Family tree is top notch. I’ve recommended this group to many others.

I love this place. The receptionist and dental hygienists are always friendly and Mike always treats you well. He listens to you and never undergoes any procedure he seems unnecessary. He works quickly, diligently, and always follows-up. I look forward to seeing him and his staff every time I go; I do hope you can find this hidden gem in an easy-to-miss part of commercial Glendale! (No seriously you can drive right by it if you’re not careful).

I have seen Dr. Mike for about 9 years now. I always leave with a good experience from the office staff to the dental work I’ve received. Getting appointments, even last minute ones for the unexpected tooth ache have never been an issue. Dr. Mike and his staff are great and I highly recommend them!
