One of the most gratifying customer service experience ever!! Thank you James and Yesie. James was very polite to coordinate with for an appointment and quick to respond back. Purchased a Groupon for 3 spider vein removal. Yesie was the one who zapped them for me and she was wonderful and very pleasant. She did more than what the Groupon offered. One thing I truly liked was that Yesie didn't try to sell or push me to buy other services they offer. She was honest and very straightforward. I have been going to Laser Now for years. James and his wife are great people. I always get my teeth whitened and recently had hair removal done on my back. After a few sessions I basically have no more back hair. Other places said it couldn’t be done because of grey hairs. James did it. I go to Laser Now for teeth whitening after a dental teeth cleaning. Great price and I always get compliments.
Since I am done with my back I am going to look into lipo laser for fat reduction. James tells you the pluses and minuses and you make the decision I highly recommend Laser Now

I’ve been going to this spa for many years for various treatments. Yessi and James always go above and beyond. They truly care about their clients and are willing to accommodate your busy schedule to get you in. I’ve had laser hair removal, laser facials, cool sculpting and continue to go back again and again. Their prices can’t be beat. Especially when paired with excellent customer service! I always refer others to them. So happy I found these gems!

I'm writing this review from my bf's perspective since he went there to get his teeth whitened. James was very polite with him but it wasn't worth $100 to get his teeth whitened. We both noticed that there wasn't that much of a difference with his teeth. He did 2 sessions and he already had gum damage. If you are planning to get your teeth whitened, he suggests you actually go to a teeth whitening spot that goes over $400. It was painful, a waste of time, and a waste of his money.

I had my very first laser experience today with James from Laser Now. He was very accommodating and took the time to explain the laser technology, the equipment he'd be utilizing on my face, the benefits of use, and offered me the assurance of the safeness of the treatments I'd be receiving. Being a Doctor of Pharmacy, James even went to the extent of asking about any medications I was taking due to photosensitivity issues that could potentially arise. It was a very comfortable experience knowing that my technician was such a knowledgeable and experienced professional. I would definitely recommend

The place is located in the Whitestone Shopping Center. My esthetician was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the procedure in detail and provided me with a lot of recommendations. I am very happy with the results and the quality of service overall. Thank you and I will definitely be back! :)
