I was impressed with their website and called. I spoke with owner, Deborah, and she explained, in detail, what was involved, pricing, how to prepare and waht to expect. So I set up an appt. She sat with me before any treatment was done and completely explained everything. Extremely clean office. SHe used a cold laser on me which she said may hurt a little, but it really didn't.
