I can't say enough about Umut and the rest of his team at Maintenance Hotline, Inc. We were moving my mother into a new Independent Living apartment which needed to be remodeled. He was referred to me and saved us. He took over getting all the work done, hit the timing and did it cost effectively. My mother is very discerning and she couldn't have been happier. He even stopped afterwards to do some small things she needed fixed and didn't charge me. Finally, he treated my mother like his own and was patient and supportive. Thank you so much.

I have used Maintenace Hotline to completely renovate my unit on Davis Street in Evanston in October of 2020.
This work included electrical, plumbing and carpentry as well as complete
painting of the entire unit.
This work was in a professional manner, on time and I was extremely satisfied. The price was fair and I would not hesitate to use them again.
