I always find it funny when I called a company and someone answers the phone...I was searching and searching, really struggling to find inventory within our budget. I'm a member of a Rotary Club in Western Washington. We recently decided to create a new club logo, and that turned out so nice that we wanted to have mugs displaying our new, awesome logo! Upon the recommendation of one of our members, I contacted Show Your Logo for a quote. Christi Scott, Ace customer service rep, was the most responsive, helpful customer service rep possible! She answered my many questions quickly and clearly, guided me through the order process, and our club will have beautiful mugs in about 2 weeks! And since the restaurant where we hold our meetings got their coffee mugs

Ordered Koozies for our Inaugural Run and Sandy did an awesome job for us. We love them!! We had some issues with delivery but Sandy went above and beyond to get them here before we left out on the run. Then a few days later I received the absolute best apology I have ever seen (see attached picture). Which to me shows great customer service. We will definitely be doing future business with Show Your Logo. THANK YOU SANDY and STAFF!

Tina Conley is my Rep and she is amazing! I have been working with her for a little over one year. She has always suggested items that my staff absolutely love! If you have any issues she is always there to assist and makes the process of ordering large amounts of items very easy! She is the best! I would totally recommend her to any of my colleagues!
