MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE FINERLINE, INC ENGRAVING SHOPPE IS HERALDING. I had a short amount of time to complete a full set of Presentation Gifts just prior to Thanksgiving, that was to be presented before an audience of people on that holiday weekend! The effort of FINERLINE's entire staff went above and beyond what anyone could imagine. The quality of the items was fantastic. Their responsiveness to detail, and genuine congeniality words cannot express.

Enjoyed the final product they produced. However they charged me an extra $10 to "expedite the process" as I brought my item on a Wednesday and needed it ready for the following Tuesday. They called me Friday, two days after I brought my item in, saying it was ready. Overall, happy how it turned out but felt like the pricing was a bit high.

Their customer service is amazing...not only do they respond practically immediately, but they work with you to make sure your product is exactly how you want it to be. Their production time is super fast....even during busy times like the holidays. I only use The Finer Line for my engraving needs.

I am the Volunteer Coordinator for Kenneth Young Center, a community mental health and senior services provider serving the NW suburbs. Our mission of helping people feel good, do better and find solutions can only be achieved through the help of over 450 volunteers. I needed laser engraving for an art project. The engraving was large, and the Finer Line told me they could do up to 28" long. I took my wood pieces to their shop and emailed them the design. The next day I emailed them to confirm that they were using the 28" machine. They emailed me back that the machine was broken, and they only could do 20". They had started to engrave my wood and I am not sure they would have told me they were making this huge change to my design if I had not emailed to check up on it. I expressed concern that the change in engraving would ruin my project and
