Our team will provide a flawless and one-of-a-kind event. Before the event takes place, we help you sort through details and construct a working timeline. As the big day approaches, we facilitate delivery and arrival times of all wedding professionals. We also encourage you to bring all event decorations the week of the event for our team to set up for you.
Tables, chairs, basic linens package, stocked bar with experienced bartenders, getting ready suite and an in-house sound system for ambiance music and voice production. Friday & Saturday 's booked more than 12 months in advance start at an additional $1000 on all packages. To reserve your date, we require a down payment and signed contract.
Howie's is not only a La Crosse landmark but now offers expanded off-site catering options. Classic in-house smoked pork, chicken, ham and steak are our specialty. Whatever the occasion, Pogy's catering will deliver exceptional service and delicious cuisine to your event. Our catering team can provide a variety of menu items to choose from as well as incorporate dishes from our signature restaurant "Pogreba."

If you’re thinking about having your event here, DO IT! Kelli and the staff were so accommodating and made our wedding more than we ever could have hoped. She went above and BEYOND, and so did everyone at the Wedding Tree and The Court Above Main. For the price, the amenities are amazing, as is the location! Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Everything was truly amazing! Kelli went above and beyond to make the night special! She is VERY organized and has so many helpful tools. I was stressed thinking of all the things I would have to remember, but then she had a bunch of ways to help! The wedding reception was magical! I couldn’t have asked for a better team run by Kelli! There's plenty of places to host a beautiful wedding in the driftless region, but this will always be my number one recommendation.

We held our wedding rehearsal and our wedding at The Court Above Main and our experience was absolutely perfect. We had been planning our wedding with a different venue when COVID happened. We got married here a couple weeks ago and could not have been more impressed! For starters, the venue is absolutely beautiful! Staff was excellent from the second we booked last year. I was a wedding DJ in the La Crosse area for 3 years. I have seen a lot of venues, but the Court Above Main is by far the best. The venue itself is beautiful, and is in a great location near many hotels, bars, and restaurants in downtown La Crosse. Kelli, the event coordinator is extremely organized, friendly, and accommodating. The staff works extremely hard to make sure that everything is set up and put away in a timely manner. I could literally write a small novel on how impressed I was with the Wedding Tree/the Court. But as a type A perfectionist, I was nervous about the idea of a wedding. They made getting married truly about my husband and I having the perfect day. They went above and beyond making us feel so special. Our daughter and her groom held their wedding and reception at The Court Above Main last week. It was absolutely beautiful! The venue was gorgeous and the vintage look was perfect. They had picked this venue a year ago, and the personal contact from Allison and Andrea was so wonderful. There were no worries on this wedding day. We knew they had everything covered. I cannot say enough good things about The Court Above Main venue and staff. I was in contact with Allison and Andrea for the year leading up to the wedding and they were always responsive and helpful. It was a huge help that they set up and tear down the space...no need to have family deal with that! The bridal suite available was helpful for getting dressed and for storing anything and everything in a secure spot. The guests were amazed by the space; my husband and I wanted something different than your typical hotel ballroom reception and we were not disappointed!

My Husband and I held our wedding reception at The Court Above Main. When we were searching for a reception venue, this was the first and last site we toured. The moment we stepped out of the elevator we were amazed by the Court's beauty and simplicity as well as the historical charm. The space is breathtaking, however the staff is what really makes your event go as planned. Allison and Andrea were amazing to work with!
