I have one word for you... just one word. Plastic.
Mixed experience. They did catch a problem with the title, but I wasn't terribly impressed otherwise. It's a lot of appearance, but low performance. Class A, gleaming office space might impress some, but I care about substance, which is somewhat lacking.
My initial interaction with them was the typical corporate language machine that make up words, and then just expect everyone to know what the word they made up 5 minutes ago means. This is a form of language manipulation, and is pure marketroid speak.

Craig and I had a closing transaction done with Erica when she worked for Edina Reatly Title. We will never have Erica close on any business transactions no matter who she works for. Her actions towards us were very inappropriate, disgusting and very unprofessional. We reported her inappropriate conduct to the State Attorney General.

Had a ton of trouble during closing which was blamed on my realtor and I later found was the fault of the title agency. They took money from closing to pay trash and property assessments left by the previous owner and just kept the money leaving me with the bill and are denying responsibility. Avoid.

I just had a closing here and my experience was perfect. The coffee was good, the parking was easy, the space was big and uncrowded and the offices large, modern and clean. The staff was friendly, fast and accommodating. They gave my clients a separate room so their kids could run around and play. All around a great experience. It wasn't the first time I closed a real estate transaction with Watermark, but the first time in this location.
