The service and price that we receive from Linda and Karinne and the whole Title Choice team was all we could have asked for and more. They take care of my clients and do not treat them like a nother number. Any individual title insurance policy consists of definitive terms, exclusions and conditions. Title insurance protects against claims from defects.

So many positive things to say about Karinne and Title Choice! We had such an amazing experience during our Refinance. Karinne is the definition of the easy button! She took care of everything from the paperwork, (online & in person) coming to our home, and explaining the unexplainable....all while dealing with our 3 kids and 2 dogs! We had a great experience! We've done 6 closings in the last 10 years; all with different companies. Title Choice was by far the smoothest. Everything was ready, we got to choose the pace and level of detail we wanted explained to us. Karinne even entertained our 2 year old daughter while we signed papers. If you're looking for a personal and professional experience, go with Title Choice.

I was incredibly impressed by the level of attention to detail, professionalism, and responsiveness of Title Choice. We were a little overwhelmed with buying a house (this is our first) and Karinne was phenomenal with explaining everything in a way we could understand and supporting us through this process. Her passion and dedication was far greater than we could have ever expected from a title company. We can't say enough good things!
