Marci is amazing!!! She worked so hard for our family to help us get a new home. She was so good at communicating everything with us about the entire process. She made sure we understood exactly what we needed to do and walked us through it all. She is such a blessing to our family at a time that rental homes are so hard to come by. O"Neill has a great staff in the office. I receive my rental money and statements in a timely manner. They have access to contractors to take care of everything from roof repairs to gardening and everything in between.

In the year I’ve spent renting from O’Neill, I couldn’t be happier with their communication and the priority with which they handle maintenance requests. Brittany has been amazing and always responds to messages quickly. I actually worked for a different property management company for 10 years and I’ve seen how easy it is for a management company to get away with ignoring or taking advantage of tenants. Based on my experience working in the industry and seeing behind the scenes, I was nervous to rent after selling my home, but the experience has been really great. I highly recommend them

I rent through O'Neill Property Management and I have had nothing but excellent service. The staff are super friendly and I feel like I have joined a family of people who care about me and my family as much as their own. If I need anything, I have it almost immediately. When I submitted my paperwork for a rental I loved, they were super helpful and I got my first choice. I Love my Rental and I Love my Management Company. This is a great place to work with if you like professional and courteous service.
