Our team at Riverside Property Management, Inc. is dedicated to providing quality management services. We utilize our extensive experience with investment property management to assist property owners and tenants as they navigate the local rental market. All of the rental properties under our care are inspected, maintained and cleaned before they hit the local rental market. When tenants see a property they are interested we meet them at the property and if it's a fit there is an easy online application for them to fill out. Our tenants can contact our team of property managers anytime with questions or concerns about the property.
Included with ALL lease agreements under Riverside Property Management, Inc. is the Resident Benefits Package. Benefit: Every home should have these items to help keep plumbing lines free-flowing on a regular basis. Benefit: No hassle delivery doesn't require you to remember when to replace or require you to make a trip to the store.
A debt-to-income, or DTI, the ratio is derived by dividing your monthly debt payments by your monthly gross income. The ratio is expressed as a percentage, and we use it to determine how well you manage monthly debts -- and if you can afford for the rental you are applying for.

RPM has always been great to us. Any help we need they do their best to get it. I would use them if I needed a management company. As a tenant of theirs I wish all management companies were like them. Our manager is Ana Salgado, she is very responsive and makes sure the job gets done when one is scheduled.

If anyone is looking to lease a property during this time knows that the market is very competitive. I’ve spent the past 2 months looking for a property to rent and have had no luck. Many of the property rental companies have made me like I’m just a number in the 100’s of applicants they receive.
