Yelp really should allow negative stars. This company should be negative 5 stars. This is the worst mortgage company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have absolutely no communication skills what so ever. They refused to give any updates to that I could advise my seller properly. If you contact "JENNY" she will never answer the phone and will simply text "I call you later"

We once changed the house deeds here. They changed the type of the ownership from "joint tenant" to "tenant in common" without asking for our opinion. When we called them, they blamed us for not reading that carefully when signing. Well, we do not know the difference of the two types until now!

Not professional at all! Don't go there. They won't ask your opinion and they just decided by themselves without letting you know.

I just refinanced my condo in Silver Lake for the second time with ECOM and, for the second time, it was a completely positive experience. Jonathan and Cherie are absolute professionals who will promptly answer any and all questions you have about your loan. They were "on it" from my first contact with them.
