I am exceptionally pleased with the service I received at Dixon Automotive. I was most impressed by the thoroughness of their work and how they prove it. They provide you with online (via a hyperlink) documentation of what they found, the severity, their recommendation as to what should be done, and photos of the part or issue. I was blown away with the level of detail included. Also the price was comparable if not better than their competitors. This is the best automotive shop I have ever taken my vehicle to.

Dixon's Automotive is the repair shop I have always been looking for. No over the top marketing or attempts to get you to have work done you may not need. The first time I went I got a report on the condition of my car! It was objective and informative. And the most important - there was no pressure to have any work done at all. To me they are just a bunch of geeky and committed car guys. That's who you want looking at your car. Give them a try and you will see what I mean!

I to be a customer; not any more. I started receiving emails from "CARFAX Car Care" with detailed information about my car's maintenance, inspection, and registration history. In other words, Dixon's has chosen to share information from their customer records with another company without asking my permission. If that does not bother you, continue to support businesses who minimize the value of your privacy. I choose not to.

Dixon’s does a 30 point inspection of your car. They take pictures of each area and if something needs to be addressed they show you why. They go over this with you at check out and ask you if you would like them to do the repair. They do not pressure you to let them do the work. Which is refreshing. They send all of this to you in a text so that you can review it and if you want to do the repairs yourself you can see why they need to be done. And they always do a follow up within a day or two to make sure that you are satisfied with the work and that the work they did met your need.

Dixon automotive will be the only place I trust with my car going forward. The entire staff from mechanical staff to front desk went beyond to assist me with a maintenance issue and again later for car inspection. Dana at the desk always helps explain everything and is very genuine. He also ensured during my first maintenance issue, I had a car to use while repairs finished so I could get to work next day.
