Pacific Crest conducts environmental due diligence activities to assess and quantify environmental risks associated with real property transactions, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
Phase I ESAs identify recognized environmental conditions to protect purchasers from liability under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and are performed in accordance with the ASTM E 1527-13 standard.
