Our approach to quality control is to inspect directly from our customers' files or models that are imported in to our coordinate measuring machine.

This unique process guarantees accuracy to the model and reduces or eliminates the need for detailed blueprints. Our approach combined with our talented group of people and innovative equipment is what sets Carr Tool apart.
Services
Carr Tool Company began in 1969 when Don Carr bought a small machine shop in Goffstown, NH. Supporting local area industries, the company grew quickly. Eventually Carr Tool outgrew the small shop and relocated to a larger space in 1975. Continuing to grow, in 1981 Carr Tool moved to our current location in Londonderry, NH.
Quality is the foundation of Carr Tools success. Our Quality Management System is designed to ensure products meet or exceed the requirements of our customers. All our jobs, from simple pieces to highly intricate components, undergo our rigorous inspection process. Our approach is to inspect directly from the customer's model or file which is imported into PC-DMIS software and used to program our DCC CMM.
At Carr Tool, we machine high volume or repeating low volume components and assemblies without sacrificing consistency and precision. Our unique pallet line and Mazak PFH-4800 horizontal machining centers allows us to accommodate any rush orders, large volume runs, or re-machining. Our additional equipment fills in the gaps for any machining that our multi-tasking and horizontal production milling centers can't accommodate.
We machine high volume or repeating low volume components and assemblies for various industries with our shop's unique horizontal machining centers. Our horizontal machining centers are grouped into a cell consisting of the three machining centers and a Palletech robot. Each center is linked to the Palletech pool via the robot.
We mill precision components for technical industries with our "done in one" CNC multi-tasking milling center. Our "done in one" machining is ideal for most high precision component milling. With a 30 HP, 12,000 RPM articulating milling spindle, it is as robust as any of our machining centers. In addition, Integrex's two 30 HP, 5000 RPM lathe spindles can meet any of our turning needs.
