Services
We feature 3 Makino Wire EDM machines with 4-axis capability. These special machine centers offer tighter tolerances, burr-free applications, the ability to machine tough materials and intricate contours. We welcome short runs of 1 to 2 pieces or production runs. Quality parts with a quick turnaround!
SST has the capability to assist with design and build all dies in house to fit our customer's needs. We also have the ability to maintain all dies here which helps to shorten lead time. Whether it is a Progressive Die/ Blanking Die / Secondary die for inserts / Trimming and Forming. And we definitely do not want to forget drawn cans using Brass/ Stainless steel / CRS Steel / Copper / HY-MU 80/ Nickel / Aluminum.
Shookus Special Tools provides design services from conceptual drawings to manufacturing; utilizing Kubotek Keycreator & Mastercam2017 software. Our expertise in design refinement and development allows SST to save costs for our customers and to assure reliability at all times. We are able to translate your AutoCAD drawings & DXF files, as well as IGES, SAT, STEP, DWG & STL files.
