Eco Dental Delaware

This place is HORRIBLE! Do not go here. Dr. Wong or whatever his name is does not care about his clients ESPECIALLY if they have Medicaid. He can't even formulate complete sentences that you can comprehend because is English is terrible! I went there 4 times and every time I went there he never said hello and just started working on my teeth in frustration. He was very rough and after he gave me a filling my tooth has been aching for 7 months. I called to schedule an appointment because of it and no one called me back. Whenever I complained of pain he would tell me there is nothing wrong and

My visit felt impersonal, and there were a lot of blank stairs when I would ask something. I'm used to my dentist at least being somewhat conversational. I tried asking the hygienist about my insurance covering an xray and he said "this is what we do". He also put his fingers on my eyes multiple times while cleaning.
Also, there were some weird decorations around the dental chairs / front of office.

I went to Echo Dental yesterday , first time I’ve been to a dentist in a number of years . And Dr. He did an absolutely amazing job. I was very nervous at first and him and his assistant made at ease . I look forward to booking another appointment . Thank you again !

I would first like to acknowledge Dr. He's office staff. They where vary professional and there demeanor was caring and Kind.
Unfortunately this whole process took 4 months to complete. Do to no fault of Dr. He.
Abby Dental in Las Vegas was the cause of my unpleasant experience do to the fact that they sent bad information to Dr. He and they did not release my records in a timely manner.
This caused Dr. He to order supplies that he could not use. And that caused him money, which he did not pass that cost to me. So he had to take a lost there.
Dr. He's work was excellent and he was professional

I wanted to thank all the staff in the office. I have a fear of Dentist, having bad experience in my childhood, I and afraid of dentist. I allowed my teeth to decay and caused myself great pain and unheathy life due to infection that caused me to have teeth removed and now have dentures. I am now working on having implants, saving to get this done, I am hoping to continue getting any and all done here. I also have daughter with the same problem I struggled with, I advised her to go here. The staff and Dr. He are great lots of smiles and laughter made it a a easier experianc

I was in that office and they treated me super well, I had a severe toothache and before my procedure they did X-rays, then the Doctor explained what they were going to do to me before they cleaned my teeth, the guy who polished my teeth. he did very soft and was very professional the Dr. and he showed interest in my problem I love this place and I am going to take my whole family the doctor pulled my tooth out and I did not feel anything he has his hands like an angel too all the staff made me feel very important.

Horrible place they do not clean your teeth correctly, the dentist feels like he's ripping your teeth out when he's checking your teeth. No suction or washing the teeth off. I told him i have very sensitive teeth, then he said i need a deep cleaning for my sensitivity, I have never had a problem with that situation. Dr gave me a dirty look when I left. I will never go there again. No bed side manner at all. Would not even take a cat there to get their teeth cleaned there.

Worst dentist experience ever..NEVER EVER GOING BACK..I wouldn't send family and friends their either..Went for a cleaning he dug the drill so deep in my gums blood was everywhere and he didn't bother to clean or wipe me off.After he was done he just walked out the room no talking to me about my teeth or nothing..No sink in the room you have to go into a restroom to spit and gargle which is disgusting..With COVID-19 going on I try to stay out of public restrooms..The guy that polished my teeth was really nice & made conversation not just went in my mouth..Medical from THIS state is

Dr He was so rough during my cleaning that I was screaming and almost coming out of the chair. He couldn't understand me so he didn't answer any questions. Besides that, they didn't cover me with a bib and didn't have spitting sinks to spit into by the chair. You have to get out of the chair and spit into regular sink. The man who came in to do the polishing was very nice and professional except I had to wait till the very end to get up and spit so I swallowed a lot of polish. Dr Harry is the best! After trying multiple dentists and being terrified of extractions he made the whole procedure painless and effortless.
I would really recommend him as he is will not only make you feel comfortable but also work with your concerns to find the best plan for you.

Highly recommend!! I've had nothing but the best care and positive experiences with this office for the last few years I've been a patient.
Dr. Harry is wonderful, super attentive and listens to my needs/concerns very well. I always leave with a smile on my face. The office is clean, bright, airy and open. Metered parking is usually pretty easy in front of the clinic but I'd recommend an earlier morning appointment!!
If that's ever a concern. There's a parking garage around the corner if needed, but I've never needed that option.

I wanted to be sure in my review so I waited until I was thoroughly ignored by Dr. Harry and seen by another dentist that knew what they were doing.
I also want to say before I start that I did love the hygienist, both girls I saw here were very nice and I have no complaint about them in the least. My issue is with the cheap doctor.

Beautiful and professional dentist office! I got my wisdom teeth pulled and they did an excellent job! Also back for a root canal.
They explained the root canal process to me and made everything very clear. One of the best dentist ever. Very kind staff and the vibe is really cool they have a lovely fish tank too! Highly recommend Eco Dental!

Have a long review on Google where it was needed more as his reviews there were mostly from colleagues and HIMSELF. Lord. You would think he's a doctor that cares being he's the only one who accepts the once yearly cleaning for adults on Medicaid. Well I wanted him to tell me my options for full mouth reconstruction since I have at least 20k set aside for my teeth from an inheritance my mother told me to fix my teeth with. After reading great reviews I went to this man for a consult for an implant and crown. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. It felt like I was at a used care dealership instead of a physician's office. They insisted that I had to have a cleaning before the doctor would even examine my teeth as if I was diseased. There was no conversation about the health of my teeth or gums just insurance, payments, and copays. I got so fed up that I told the assistant that I had the money to pay for whatever my insurance didn't cover but I was there to have my teeth fixed. No one listened to

I've had a lot of Dental work over the years. This was the experience I ever had at Eco Dental. Dr. He immediately went into a comprehensive dental plan which I didn't need. I clearly was there to replace the filling. He was also overbooked as I was getting treated he was working on another patient. Don't go here. I will NEVER go back.

I know Dr. Harry He more than 10 years ago back in California. I was a patient at a dental clinic he practiced after his USC study. I also learned that before coming to the U.S., he had graduated from a prestigious dental school in China followed by two years of dental clinical practice. I never had a better dental experience before Dr. He and after Dr. He.

I tried this place for the first time after looking up reviews on Google. It's a nice and clean facility and the staff were nice, but I will never go back. I ended up getting extremely sick the next day (vomiting and diarrhea while pregnant which has me concerned that they passed a nasty bacteria to me since I experienced a terrible headache and hurting gums after I left and for the rest of the day).
