In 2008, Faro set out on his dream of having his very own pizzeria. His parents before him had their own pizza business, passing on what they knew of the business. Faro made a commitment to be different than the rest and to use only the best ingredients possible to help put his food over the edge. Working on this success, the business outgrew their first location.
Today, Faro's Pizzeria is located in the heart of downtown Canandaigua. With inside air conditioned seating, free wifi and fresh slices available for walk-ins, Faro's Pizzeria is truly a landmark to the community. Locals rave about the food and travelers haven't experienced Canandaigua without stopping in for a slice!

Pizza had no flavor. Was not impressed and neither was anyone else in the family. Wings were alright not horrible not anything I’d waste my time coming back for. We are huge pizza people and this just didn’t hit for us. Glad other people enjoy it but they must of not had good pizza. Tried them twice unimpressed both times. Again I’m a huge pizza fanatic but very picky with pizza. This just wasn’t it for me . Staff was friendly and they were quick . Prices ok

This was my first time trying Faro's Pizzeria and let me tell you
..it will not be my last. The pizza was fantastic! A nice, thin, crispy slice with nearly perfect S2C2D ratios. Lots of flavor in the dough as well which is quite rare these days. Also excellent service by the folks working too! Great work. I look forward to coming back soon.

Was here to order 3 slices of pizza during a weeknight at 7:12pm after my son'slacrosse practice. The guy taking the order said they were no longer doing slices as they were getting ready to close at 8. I was going to leave but the guy at the back taking orders over heard the order and said 'no problem, I'll get 3 slices to you". This made it a great experience. We will be back. Pizza was delicious as well.

Best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Been working out in canandaigua for a couple months now, I’ve gone to Faro’s for lunch slices more often than I have not. Everything is perfect. The crust is thin and crispy, the sauce is phenomenal, curl and burn roni’s.. this place slaps. Looks like a standard “mom and pop” shop that is the backbone of American ideals. After eating Faro’s I am reminded of what it means to be American. 🇺🇸🇮🇹

NO MASKS! Visited 7/10/2020. Walked in to order takeout. All 5 employees stare at me as I walk in, not a single one of them in a mask. Half the customers maskless as well. Pizza was mediocre. I should have walked out the moment I saw the employees without masks. This is not good customer service in the time of COVID. Did not feel safe and received the message from staff that they don't care.

Having tried "the place up the street" on several occasions, decided to give Faro's a try. Ordered a medium Pepperoni pizza and an order of wings, Buffalo style. For the one positive, food was ready for pick-up on time and was nice and hot. Asked for the wings well-done and crispy, received underdone and soft. Buffalo style means Blue Cheese and celery; no celery. Pizza was okay, not the worst I've had but nothing to rave about, either. Here is the kicker, already mentioned by a previous reviewer and my experience as well. Maybe the Ontario County Health Department (or the owner

Eating this was like having your favorite teacher tell you their disappointed in you. The dough is supposed to be the vessel that carries flavor, and love to your mouth. The inside was undercooked, outside over cooked and cracky. Raw flour coated the dough like the winter storm that came in last week, biting into it really made my teeth cringe.
The sauce- didn't know I ordered soup. Lunchables pizza has sauce with more flavor and better viscosity. When you picked the slice up a river of sauce, and grease ran down soaking my plate taking with it all of the toppings. Lay off the water next

Food - 3
Price - 4
Based off the reviews in the area we decided to give this place a try. I don't know why but the area seems to struggle when it comes to pizza. The sauce and flavor of the pizza was great. The crust was a little thinner than thin but extremely hard on half of our pizza. I was a little confused about that. We also ordered double cheese and the pizza certainly didn't come with double. It wasn't the best pizza, but it wasn't the worst either.
It's hard to rate wings when you pick the food up because no matter how crispy you order them they always end

As a Brooklyn born pizza lover finding a place that makes me feel like I am on Avenue U in Brooklyn is rare. That was until I found Faro's Pizzeria. The minute I walked in I thought to myself, what am I doing in Brooklyn. It smelled exactly like home. The pizza that came out was what I just what I wanted. The right amount of sauce, oil, and seasoning. The crust was thin enough to make the necessary fold to eat and enjoy. If this was close where I live in Rochester I would only eat pizza there.

As a pizza connoisseur, finding a great place for pizza on the east side of Victor has been almost impossible. The other day we stumbled upon this place in Canandaigua and decided to give it a try.
The pizza was by far one of the vest thin crust pizzas this side of TK's in Fairport, NY. All ingredients were fresh the crust was superb and the taste is to die for. Additionally we ordered wings where were freshly friend and just delicious. If that's not enough their prices are very affordable.
Highly recommend commend you check this place out.

After trying pizza from various places around cdga, I've settled on Faro's as my top choice.
They just seem to pull it off a little better...the crust is not too thick or thin..the sauce/cheese ratio is perfect.
And the wings! So plump and juicy...slathered in sauce...they really know who to make these.
Their prices seem reasonable and when I get takeout I call ahead and its always ready when I arrive.
Wouldn't order from anywhere else In the area
