When we opened our shop in 2000, we knew that we had to bring our A-game. We had a great product, but we were starting a new business in an area with a well-established "pizza culture" and a discerning clientele. With had no local reputation or connections to build on, we had to earn our place in the "Big League."
We were facing some tough competition, and we came onto the field ready to play. Our signature pizza sauces (red and garlic) are made in-house, and so is our wing sauce. The veggies we use are always fresh and locally sourced in season. We grate and slice our own cheeses and even peel each clove of garlic (a true labor of love).

Was in search of a Penfield area pizza and tired of the local chains. Saw a recommendation for All Star and decided to give them a try. They do a great, no frills, pepperoni pie. There are lots of options for cook time and crust thickness that I appreciate. No sloppy slices, just a solid thin crust cooked well done and ready in <20 minutes. Total hole in the wall place with a great sauce: on the sweeter side but with a good zest and thickness

We ordered a large pizza with double pepperoni. A cheese pizza was delivered instead. When we called to let them know, they sent out a new pizza within 20 minutes and let us keep the mistake pizza.
When leaving, we mentioned our pet that we had lost that day. The driver called 5 minutes later saying there was a cat outside, and wondered if it was ours. It wasn’t, since we had to put ours down, but it was super nice that he thought to call just in case.

Feel the quality has gone down. Its thin pizza and I feel expensive for what you get. I was a fan but either my taste changed or I've had better pizza for less. I normally really enjoy thinner pizzas. I will say the barbeque wings are very good but I had a 10 minute wait while they remade my wings because of an order mix up.

Worst pizza place I have ever been to. Extremley understaffed and workers are overworked. If you get pizza from here you will regret it. It is soggy and the other things they offer have a funky taste. I have tried all star a few times to make sure it wasn’t a one time mistake. They are the worst option for pizza. Classic Salvatores, Caesar’s, or marks pizza would be the best option. On a scale of worst to best all star is at the worst side of the scale.

Our first time ordering pizza from you was Monday, we got the large pizza 20 wing combo. I ordered it for my dad and coworkers and it was Awesome! I went home an bragged about it to my husband. Today, we got the same combo and a medium pizza for my kids and it was like card board crust. I cannot understand the difference and confused to how it can be so different. We are home in Greece and not very happy with what we came home with. What could have happened because I was looking so forward to ordering from you on my way home from work from now on? I thought it important to bring to your attention

Pizza is very good. "Crust-o-Meter" a funny moniker for ordering any range from NY Thin to extra-thick. Pizza and Calzones are great. Service good. There are many pizza franchise options around but single-shop All-Star is All-(4)Star in my rating. I'd give another Star if you could sit down and eat a slice, but building grounds arent set up for that. Take-out/Delivery only- which is fine for most all.

I have had this pizza twice. When I went in and got two slices they were very delicious. However, when I ordered a whole pizza for pickup it was not as good. I still think this place is worth a try for anyone who is considering it. I personally had a better experiencing walking in and grabbing a slice. So I would recommend the same.

First time trying a slice @ All Star Pizza and it was fantastic! You can tell that they use high quality ingredients across the board. The cheese was super good and all proportions were perfectly even. I will be back to try the wings and get a whole pizza and I can't wait! Service was also excellent.

This used to be our go to spot considering we are a 5minute walk away... but their service and quality of food has gone down hill in the recent months, overly greasy pizza, well done - I mean burnt to a crisp - boneless wings, it's actually disappointing that they even served these. Not to mention the lack of response via Facebook messaging. Unfortunately they've lost a customer who's been going to them for 2.5 years. Perhaps we will try again in the future but honestly what do I want to be disappointed

Good pizza. Great wings. LOUSY customer service. Pizza never ready when you go to pick up- some days they haven't even started it even though you ordered 30 minutes ago. If you ask for delivery you have about a 50% chance of your pizza showing up the same day you order it. You can call and complain and they don't care.
I guess if you have a craving- order a couple hours before you plan on eating.....

This has been our go to place for ages since a recommendation from trusted friends years ago. Ordered tonight and our thin crust well done pizza was doughy and gross. Mozz sticks have noticeably changed to a cheaper version that are smaller and average at best. The wings are meant to be well done and a few were barely cooked. We will wait quite some while before thinking about ordering here again. #dinnerisinthegarbage

I was missing that New York City style slice and found me way here. A tiny place with lots of flavor.
Loved the cheese slice; thin crust and not super greasy. I also ordered the cheese and pepperoni calzone and it was everything I was hoping it to be, perfect dough to filling ratio and even though it comes with a delicious side sauce it doesn't need it. The flavor of the dough is so gooooood!

My first time ordering from this place and despite the lousy name (All star???) the pizza we got was delish. Not quite authentic NY thin crust nor the artisanal type of thin crust, but it had almost a homemade quality to it. The few toppings we got were a nice touch and the order of wings..plump juicy, finger lickin goodness.
In the future rather than delivery I'd pick it up and eat it ASAP...this kind of pizza diminishes in quality exponentially the longer it has been out of the oven

I would've given 5 stars but they didn't get our order right. Although they did offer a discount on our next order.
We hadn't ordered from here in a long time because the last time we ordered the pizza was tasteless. The time before that, they brought someone else's order.
This time the pizza was amazing. The sauce was perfect. I'm full blooded Italian so that says a lot. Wings were great too.
We will definitely order again. Hope they keep up the good quality and get the order right.

Still love this place! Always consistently good. Accidentally ordered eggplant on my pizza once (online) and now it's one of my favorite toppings. It's breaded, so it's basically eggplant parm on pizza. They should offer it as an appetizer!
