I have had the privilege to not only be a patient of Dr Neuhaus, but also recovering his patients after surgery. In my opinion and that of all of his patients I’ve spoken with, he’s the best foot surgeon there is! His bedside manner, the time he takes with each patient and his office staff are all top notch. I’m proud to be amongst the patients that have recovered beautifully and can appreciate the ability to walk correctly and without excruciating pain. Dr. Neuhaus and Jackie and staff are truly incredible human beings with my over all care and service that they have been proving. I can honestly say that I’ve been the happiest with them in all of my care and treatments I’ve received anywhere else. It means so much that they know exactly what’s going on and what to do for me next. It makes my life easier and my day less stressful. As a song let mother with school, kids, and work life sometimes gets overwhelming so thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

It was my first visit but it went very well. Office seems to be run very effectively. I arrived early and was taken back before my appointment time . Dr Keeter was very easy to talk to and did not rush through the appointment. I would recommend this Dr and office based off my first and only experience so far .

I do not like going to any doctor. However, I will say going to Dr. Neuhaus in Smyrna, Tn is as easy as it comes. They are very caring and diverse company. God loving, people caring medical practice. I have sent a friend there with which I can tell you made a complete difference. I know because I work with him. Your feet mean alot. More than you know! I have went as well and was takin care of. They are busy at times and like any business, you have to wait your turn. Especially, if you don't show up on time. That's business! I don't like waiting because I'm impatient. But that is life! Either way

All of the staff along with the doctor is very polite and helpful. The doctor sets and listen to you. Thank you Dr. Christopher Benac & staff!! Would definitely recommend this office. Been having issue with my foot for a while now. They get you in pretty quick and get your issue on the road to recovery the same.

So happy I made an appointment for my foot pain that has been steadily getting worse over the last year. After seeing Dr Parolie one time I am relatively pain free for the first time in a long time. It has been two weeks and I am walking normal and discomfort free. Dr P quickly diagnosed Plantar Fasciitis, injected my heel, prescribed stretches and ice packs. I am seriously impressed how improved my foot and gait are. I am even working out again. Thank you. Highly, highly recommend.

The way they have all the info to pull up for insurance, deductibles make me kind of think that they are in the business for money. After further into the appointment I really felt that way with all these prices of things. They don't even have a way or even tried to show you the X-rays you took with them. Doctor talked to me like I went to school like she did and kind of rushed into what was wrong with me. I know people have worse issues with their feet than I do but don't go here. Go to someone who really seems to care and not shuffling you around like a cash cow!!!

Dr Parolie is great! Nothing to complain about overall for her. Problem is that when they gave me custom orthotics, they checked only for comfort (primarily her nurse). They never checked for how they made me walk.
Unfortunately for me, the orthotics were incorrectly set. I did go back because the arch was too uncomfortable and then they fixed that, yet still failed to check my gait. How am i supposed to know if my gait is incorrect with orthotics in after that??? The assumption on my part was that they're custom and supposed to help me...of course they're fine unless they tell me.

I was referred by my family physician. I arrived, filled out the paperwork, and then waited at the reception window while the secretary took my insurance card. She came back and said, "That'll be $183.00." I nearly had a heart attack. I had taken the morning off of work.
