EDIT: They gave us a refund for the tax preparation. Still haven't spoken to Chris, nor do I want to, but Ethan Berube has been fixing everything for us and has gone above and beyond with helping us. Very kind and smart and really helpful at very good at explaining things. If you can only use him, use him. Ethan has fixed all our issues.

My husband & I just moved to Baldwin in November. We didn't know anyone to help us get our taxes completed.
