I ordered a pair of Oxford girls shoes in the beginning of August that my daughter wouldn't need until the last week of October. I received the shoes in a reasonable time frame, however, they fell apart after a month. The stitching came out on one side and she is definitely not hard on her shoes. For $60, I thought it would have been a better quality shoe. From now on, I'll be buying the $20 pair from Amazon if I'm going to be replacing them every month. I know it may not be Flynn O'Hara's fault, however, they don't supply the makers info on their website for me to contact them about it.

Very disappointed with the service they offer. I placed my order online for my kids and it is going on 2 months and I still have not received my order. Every time I call they keep bumping the date up for shipment. I called 3 times and each phone call they have given me different answers.

I have been purchasing school uniforms for 11 yrs and have never had a problem. This year has been different. I placed an order in Aug. I still have not received it. I have called several times, I’ve waited for 30 minutes and no answer, once I was able to get through to a voice mail and one time someone answered but said they couldn’t help me. I have sent an email and still have not received a response. Can someone please respond and help me either get a status update or cancel my order.

I visited this store in August, and was able to get everything that i needed. There was a mistake involving my daughter’s gym uniform, I unfortunately didn’t realize this until I got home. I called, and spoke to Pat, who was great by the way! She corrected the situation, and although there was an issue with my purchase, I didn’t suffer any inconvenience. Thanks so much Pat!

Company changes manufacturers (I confirmed with an employee) to cut costs and then you’re stuck with a subpar version of what once used to be a good product. The “A+” brand labels are good quality and fit to size—anything that only has the Flynn tag is a poor imitation. If you’re going to do it, at least do it right Flynn!
If I listed all the shipping issues and poor customer service experiences I’ve had (both locally and with corporate) over the last 2 years, I’d be here all day. If you are a school researching new vendors, please keep looking!

I never liked this store to begin with but I hate it more then ever now. The overpriced low quality school uniforms are bad enough but they wouldn't let me EXCHANGE 4 pair of pants with ALL their tags still on them because there wasn't a receipt. I wasn't asking for money just an even exchange. I hope God sends his Wraith on whoever profits most from that business.

Most of the negative reviews are from LAZY AND UNORGANIZED PARENTS. You know what uniforms your child needs every year so WHY wait until the very LAST MINUTE TO BUY THEIR UNIFORMS? 🤔 Order ahead of time. I buy my children's uniform a month or two in advance before school starts. Why on earth are you going a week before school starts? Of course it's going to be crowded. 😂 I have no complaints because I am usually in and out within 15 or 20 minutes. Most items for my children's charter school is on the shelf and ready to be purchased and when they do have to print the logo on the gym clothes

Amazing customer service! I was a deer in headlights walking in. One of the awesome young ladies guided me and the rest was seamless. Thanks to the young gentlemen and ladies, they made the process so less stressful and knew exactly what I needed! Got everything I needed to get my daughter started for first grade! Everyone was extremely helpful! Thank you!

Helpful and friendly staff going the extra mile to provide the best costumer service possible.
Some items were out of stock but it's understandable. We placed our order and in less than a week it was ready for pick up. Keep up the excellent work.

Very organized. It took two and a half hours from start to finish. Store was extremely crowded. Masks were worn it was all good. FlynnO'Hara Uniforms great job!

I visited Flynn O'Hara this week. John H helped me find what I needed and was pleasant and helpful .

When I originally went there in August, I left after spending $500 with no problems.

I recently called just to double check if you had an item in stock since you are not shipping to home this entire month, and the attitude I received from the girl who answered the phone was disgusting. I'm sorry if i wanted to check BEFORE I drove an hour to pick up an item for my daughter. I'm sorry that the simple fact that as customers we spend HUNDREDS of dollars in that store on uniforms is an inconvenience to your employees. The fact of the matter is, the item is located right at the registers

Not many days are less looked forward to at my house than school uniform shopping day. The annual trip to Flynn & O'Hara's fills everyone with dread. But not this year. This uear's visit was unbelievably painless, ( not so painless on the wallet) but the experience itself was a breeze this year. How did that happen , you might ask ? In a word -Nicole ! The girl that took care of us from start to finish was the best . Pleasant , patient, knowledgable and eager to please. She made our visit a walk in the park.
