Started working here recently. Most of the time nobody seems to know what is going on. Poor communication at all levels of management and between employees/co-workers. Many workers speak broken English and makes communicating tough too. Everything is unorganized, often scrambling to find product that needs to be staged for shipping. Health and safety and HR are kind of useless. They get upset about little things but look the other way for major issues like leaking roof, damaged/ uneven floors, and missing tools. They just made an building expansion but already crammed it with too much product,

I worked "security" there for almost a year and it was a complete joke. Its like they hired the security company to be their own personal assistants, very little "security" work was actually done at HCL. The management has no idea what security actually means. The man in charge of security has a serious god complex type of deal going on and thinks he can do no wrong. If anything goes wrong its security's fault no matter what. I would not suggest working here as a security guard or an HCL employee, they will treat you like a piece of meat and throw you away with no regard. If i could get less than

I applied there it went great in the interview they called 2 out 3 reference it would have been nice if the hr people would call you back to let you know if you have the job are not. Thank God I didn't get the job because I ran into a couple of people who worked there recently and got let go just couple of days before their probation was done glad I didn't get the job just to get let go.this big company don't care about people only care about the bottom line .would not recommended this place
