My husbands caregiver, Ashley, is such a valuable addition to our family. The care and support she provides my husband during his long term illness has been such a blessing. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable and makes my husbands circumstances manageable. She never complains and has a great attitude towards life.

It has been a pleasure working with Katie and the team involved with my 94 year old mothers care. Everyone has been very responsive, kind and compassionate. I am updated on each visit and advised of any information the caregiver feels I need to know or be involved with. My mother is in an assisted living facility. We have not been able to see her since mid March, due to COVID-19 quarantine. I am thankful and reassured that my mom is doing well. Any special requirements have been met. My mother looks forward to the visits and thinks of the caregivers Marsha and Ruth as her friends.

We needed companion care for our mom, which was initially 24/7, and Megan and the team have been fantastic! Our mom couldn’t be happier with the activities she gets to do as well as the outings they go on together. She’s treated like family and it’s hard to ask for anything more. Even after we moved my mom to a memory care facility, we continued having Megan and the team come by for several hours a day since our mom enjoys their time together so much.

Katie initially took my call when I was in need of help! She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. My caregiver, Megan, is very hard working, kind and considerate. She goes above and beyond what is required and is very pleasant to be around. Megan does an outstanding job assisting me. I highly recommend Megan, Katie and Home Care Assistance.

We found Home Care Assistance of McKinney & Allen through a recommendation from A Place For Mom. We recently had a senior parent who has memory loss issues move into our home. We found that although our senior family member is easy going, providing safe & quality care as a family caregiver can be very time consuming, tiring, and stressful. Therefore, we decided after much thought, discussion with family and our physician, that we needed to bring in part time help. In the past few months, Client Care Manager, Megan Ashworth, and the caregiver she placed with us, have answered all our questions,

My parents are current clients and receive 24 hour care in their home. The staff at Home Care Assistance has worked hard to place the right caregivers who have the best skills to accommodate their needs. It took a little bit of time to find just the right combination of caregivers who were able to integrate well in their home and capable to provide the care they need. The management continued to work hard to meet our needs. They have been patient with us as we have had many adjustments to make in life as we deal with all the changes that this season has brought to them. They have walked beside
