As I moved into adulthood, sometimes I'd be overcome by anxiety. Depression. Emotional junk piled up alongside the wall I built whenever anyone tried getting close to me. I was diagnosed with panic and anxiety disorder in my 20's and given pill after pill that made me feel sick, crazy, or both. When I found myself in an unhappy life I felt victim to, I made a decision.
I decided for the first time to ask myself what I wanted, and listen. I decided to follow my hearts call, even if I had no idea where it would lead me. 9 countries, 4 address', love found, lost, and found again, and one crazy trip across the country alone in a u-haul brought me to the power of healing oneself; to the power of Reiki and touch.

Services
I combine my intuitive abilities with my training in massage and body work to give you a truly unique experience. Broad training and application. I attended the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) and completed 754 hours of both classroom and hands on learning. Our anatomy and physiology programs were the same curriculum as an entry level MD.

I tried to call 3 times but there was no answer. I ended up booking online at around noon, and had my order confirmation sent. she text me later that evening at 7pm to say she doesn’t have that time available and she should have blocked out the entire day! It was too late at that point to make an appointment someplace else. Not very courteous or professional.

My 1st impression of 'Just B' was sweet, professional, & helpful. We synced our schedules, and she emailed me an intake form that asked general questions to gauge my state, & prepare me for our session. She traveled to my location wearing white & her presence really eased me before starting. She brought along with her, smudging materials, essential oils, & sound therapy.
Her technique was different than I had experienced before; she audibly inhaled/exhaled as she worked. This was a great tool to help me sink deeper into submission and I started to "see" little

Had never done reiki before and wasn't sure what to expect. She started by leading me through a guided meditation and deep, calming breaths that opened my energy up to the treatment. She walked around me, placing her hands over different areas of the body, reading my energy.
