When the dogs of Lilys Legacy Senior Dog Sanctuary needed a new home we contacted OHANA CONSTRUCTION INC. Not a day goes by that we aren't thankful we did. So happy with the work ethic and job well-done. Kimo, the owner, is friendly and honest. I purchased a home and the guys showed up the day of closing to start the work. Even worked on July 4th in order to keep up with my move-in schedule! Can't say enough about the company and the crew. All are kind, considerate, and experienced at their craft.

We had Kimo and his crew come and redo our house top to bottom inside out. Him and his crew were great, even when we ran into a problem they were able to resolve it. After the house was completely done we had the bathroom upstairs handle sheer off and flood all the into the downstairs. The insurance was giving us a hard time, I called Kimo he came over and took care of everything. No matter what I asked of him and his crew they were always there respectful cleaned up after themselves never had to worry about trusting them they were Good hard working guys...I mostly wrote this because I saw the

We have used Ohana Construction since we bought a "fixer" in 2014. He and his crew are amazing. New to CA, we were a very needy customer. He skillfully guided us through the list of work recommended by the pre-purchase inspections. His evaluations of the conditions he found and estimates he produced were truly accurate. The work involved small carpentry areas, such as new vents, to installing new windows on the whole house.

I have been an extremely pleased customer of Ohana Construction Inc since 2012. One of the best things I can say about this construction crew is that I keep coming back. When a project comes up, Ohana is the first call I make. I recently hired Kimo and his crew to build a hog-wire fence in our backyard so we can begin landscaping and breaking the yard into sections. They were slammed with jobs, but he made the time. They are honest, hard working, fairly priced and I would gladly recommend Ohana to anyone with construction needs.

Ohana Construction is amazing. Kimo and his team are detailed oriented and treat your house like a palace. They have done multiple projects for us and we always been thrilled with the results. My wife and I recently purchased a fixer upper. We moved from So Cal up to the Marin area. Our neighbors recommend Ohana Construction headed up by Kimo. He came out and went over what the possible solutions to our problems were. They do EXCELLENT work we could not have been more pleased. His whole team was very respectful and Kimo made sure they did quality work with attention to detail which is not common these days. If you choose Ohana you will be treated just as the word "Ohana" means, like family.

Kimo and his team are top drawer in every way. They are all friendly, easy to work with, flexible and responsive. Quality of work is excellent, quotes are fair (not the cheapest in town, and not the most expensive, but in that sweet spot in the middle) and his subs are excellent for the most part.
Our project was extensive, ripping out two bathrooms, a mudroom, a guest room and some closets. He did a nice job of avoiding too many extra costs, and stayed on the schedule we laid out that allowed us back into the house. The bathroom was an extremely complex design, and they executed it flawlessly

Kimo and his team are FIRST CLASS. We have done a major bathroom remodel (January 2015) as well as some odds and ends throughout the house and yard. Kimo is responsive, fair, and a pleasure to work with. The work is done well and I feel like we'll be customers for life. The team has fantastic follow up, which I haven't found with a lot of contractors. Our remodeled kitchen and master bedroom look fantastic, the team worked well with subcontractors and kept to a very tight time frame.
