This review is a few years late. So far, so good with my metal roof. The company -- including the workers -- could not possibly have been more professional or responsive. The low price of the roof blew me away as well. Colleen and David Arambula have a great company going, and I'm glad to see all the good reviews they have received. They deserve them. I have recommended D&C to many people. People actually stop their cars on the street in front of my house and ask me who did my roof. I had to get used to people rolling by veeeerrrryyy slowly in the months after it was installed lol. My next-door

It was a real pleasure to do business with DC Roofing. The roof on my house was in terrible shape with lots of structural damage. The first company that looked at it told me they didn't even want the job it was too much for them. Then I spoke with David and he assured me that they would have "all hands on deck" for the complete tear off. I ended up getting 5 estimates for the job and DC roofing was on the lower end of the estimates. The communication with everyone at the company was excellent. 15 people showed up the first day for the tear off and it was remarkable to see the way everyone knew

This company put on a new metal roof for us. It's been a couple of months now.
Pros: It looks great
Cons: We keep finding screws and rivet ends on the ground. And actually we've had one screw end up in a tire and now one rivet metal pin in another. Also, we have a lot of extra metal roof material left over too.

DC Roofing just finished clean up and I am very happy with how this turned out. The roof was affordable and they had the whole process done from permit to completion in just a few weeks. The permit took the most time the roof was on in a couple of days.

It's now November 21, 2019, and DC Roofing replaced my roof in June of this year. I waited to see how the roof held up and what response I'd get to any problems, and it's now been through several of our Florida "deluges". I'm unable to evaluate any response to problems because there have been no problems. I've gone into my attic after several major rainstorms and can find no issues whatsoever, leaks or otherwise.

They fixed our our house in the Cove after Hurricane and were very fast, professional and took pictures of everything for our insurance company. With so many scams out there now, so glad this company was able to help us without trying to talk directly with our insurance company and get extra money out of people. Hope this helps.
