Just Go

I needed a wheelchair transport for my grandfather on short notice. I called Thom and he was kind enough to juggle around his prescheduled appointments. We had a driver to pick up my 94 yr old grandfather within 30 minutes! Our driver was very kind hearted and made sure my grandfather was safely secured for the trip. This is the third time using "Just Go" and from beginning to end got excellent, compassionate service! Not to mention the price of the trip was affordable too!! Thank you very much for helping us in our time of need!!

Terrible service. Been waiting with my mom for a ride to a 10:30am appointment reservation for an hour on Christmas. It looks like our ride is a NO SHOW. Incredibly disappointed.

Very poor service. Scheduled pick up and return for my elderly Mom. For the reserved pickup I had to call 15 min after the scheduled time and the person answering said "oh crap, your reservation went to our spam folder". They ended up being one hour late. For the return, they were 30 minutes late. And whenever I called them either it went to voicemail or to a disinterested, borderline rude person who acted like my calling was an inconvenience and gave me zero confidence the reservation was going to be attended to and on time. Next time I'll call a cab company directly.

This medical transport company as far as we know and had recently experienced does not even deserve a star.. I would rate it zero for non performance of their service.. my brother wasn't picked up for his scheduled 0600 transport to Stanford Hospital for an infusion @0715.. They never called.. When I called no one answered and couldn't leave a message because it's full.. ( Tom called me last night @ 2115 confirming the pick up @ 0600, also mentioned that their office is a mile away and apologized for a late call). Missing this kind of appointments is detrimental to one's health

I think they're out of business. My wife arrived at SJC in her wheelchair on the evening of Nov 10 with a confirmed reservation for Just Go to pick her up. Her flight was on time. Just Go never showed up and didn't notify her -- she had to roll to the Doubletree hotel, spend the night, and take the bus next morning. We've been unable to reach them via email or phone ever since.

Not sure about others, but we got negative experiences:

1) always got voicemail
2) voicemail full
3) 45 minutes late and still hasn't come
4) no call back to say when will they come

He and his company transported my daughter weekly to and from school. Fantastic and reliable.

This company is by far the best, they come to pick you up on time, and when you call for pick up you don't have to wait very long, other "companies" take long usually an hour, and you have to call back and make sure they are,coming, this company has great customer service, and Tom is great!!

Disappointing. Tried calling them directly to get an idea of the area they service and the cost, phone was answered with, "uh, .... hello?" at first I wasn't sure I dialed the correct number or not. I asked for JustGo, they said it was, when I inquired about service area and cost, I was met with more silence, and eventually a muffled, "$35(?) pick up/ drop off fee, plus mileage", but he seemed extremely disinterested in my business. While I cannot review the use of, and the driver and/or car, I can tell you that if it is anything like their phone skills, I would avoid.

The owner of this company is a sweetheart and is the only reason this company is getting one star. The yellow cabs he uses to do the transportation are never one time. Always late. I have to cancel. Dr appointments because the driver is always late or does a no show. They use excuses like traffic or the other client is running late. They are not reliable at all...the one driver that is reliable is tom.

Called three times and late three times. 2 hours late the first time, one hour late the second time and I had to cancel a doctors appointment the third time after an hour late and with no response even after I called to get an ETA on their arrival time. The third was to see my grandmothers doctor and I am now having to take my grandmother to the ER because I was unable to get her to her doctor. This is the most unprofessional company I have had to deal with in my 51 years.

I have been working with Thom for more than 6 years now.... I wish yelp could allow me to give him way more stars. He is very passionate about his company and gives every patient the time and attention they need. He also always does his best to accommodate everyone's needs and special requests. My patients REALLY enjoy the experience and having nothing but great things to say about Thom. It is very obvious that he loves what he does every day. If you've got to get someone in a wheelchair somewhere on time with minimum hassle, JustGo is the best way to go! Tom is a great guy, as are his drivers.

Making an appointment is easy, and they'll be there on time. I'm glad Outreach and public transportation are available as low-cost options, but there's a lot of uncertainty involved, and the transit time is longer. JustGo is a premium service that doesn't get a taxpayer subsidy, so expect to pay more. But it's worth it!

What a fortunate discovery to have found Thom and his accessible van taxi service Just Go. First it is so easy to schedule a ride using e-mail or text. Second, Thom always shows up early with a smile on his face. He is incredibly reliable. Third, he handles my 92 year old mother in her wheelchair with so much attentive care.
