It is standard practice to make a purchase offer contingent upon obtaining a mortgage. Because of this contingency, the seller will want the details of your financing plan included in the offer. In the purchase offer, we will include the down payment amount you will apply toward the purchase. This will give the seller further evidence of your qualifications to secure a mortgage.

Went in the office to see about rental houses asked if they had a list she said I can tell u all about them which is not what I want I want to actually see the house
then conversation went to pets she said all of ours are no pets then I said well that wont then she had the audacity to tell me good day
Very rude and I've known Bundy and Sam for years very great guys but the woman in the office is just rude definitely do not recommend speaking to her
