Avalon Resort focuses on making sure our guests have the most comfortable rental housing available. Accommodations consist of studios, deluxe studios, small one-bedroom units, and large one-bedroom units. Unit equipment includes central air/heat, carpet, and a kitchen with an eating area. Each kitchen consists of a full-sized refrigerator, stove, small appliances, dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and paper products.

Everything has been wonderful, the staff is incredible. They are always trying to better this resort which is nice these days when people care. Only missing one star due to the smoking ban. When I first arrived we were able to smoke outside of the rooms. Now, we have to smoke a hundred feet away that doesn't feel safe and until today there was no sun or rain cover. The umbrella has helped but you have to walk through the rain to get there. Luckily there's something, but i chose this place for the fact I could

I probably haven’t been here an hour and I already love this place. I’m in my hotshot rig and while there’s really no parking for this much rig, they were more than accommodating! The hotel itself is freaking awesome! If you’re planning to have a good time then this is the place for you. The man and woman running this place are absolutely amazing! He even came and invited me to dinner. I just can’t write enough good things so I’ll stop here. Definitely planning a trip back here when it’s leisure time and not a work trip.

This place is truly amazing. The one and only location with a dog park with plenty of room to run around and toys. Heated pool always clean. Staff is friendly courteous and always available to help. Someone is available 24/7. My husband and I have been staying here for a few months and we would never go anywhere else and will recommend our family and friends to come here as well. Tonya Adam and Ryan and Doreen are great employees. If you’re looking for a great place to stay with a great environment and a friendly one that allows pets this is the place to go. Highly highly recommended if I could

We are currently staying here, checked in about a week ago and let me tell you...WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! The staff is awesome. Very friendly, helpful, speaking to you every time they see you type of thing. The view from our efficiency is gorgeous and the room is exactly what we need! Everything is clean and very well taken care of. It's in a great location, only minutes from what I call the "block" for Deerfield (restaurants, stores, etc) and I can literally see the ocean from our balcony! Excellent staff! They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Kind and helpful everyday. If anything ever come up they fix it asap.
Manager, Tonya, is the woman in charge. She is spectacular at suggestions, assistance, guidance for things to do in the area. She's runs this resort with excellence.
The property is getting updates all the time but not so much that it intrudes on ur stay. The pool area is always clean and in pristine condition. The hot tub....need I say more... it's phenomenal after a long day.

By far one of the NICEST, CLEANEST, FRIENDLIEST, & MOST COMFORTABLE Hotels I have EVER stayed at!!! I am STILL booked in this hotel and I have to say, the office staff is incredible! They are friendly and helpful at every possible moment and are always there to help! I would HIGHLY recommend The Avalon Hotel to ANYONE staying in this area of south Florida!!

I stayed here a few nights they were all a pleasure to be around and made you feel so welcome. All the staff made you feel like family ,it's like a home away from home, Anything I needed they were right there. The place is very clean,warm,welcoming and I highly recommend it. It has access to everything the beaches food etc.
