I have just completed purchasing new "veins"from Domenicks Blinds to replace my 28 yr old ones. The experience was not without a couple of "his-ups" but the staff, both office personnel and installers, were efficient and so pleasant. Each of the 'problems were solved as quickly as possible. It’s the difficult jobs where a company either shines or disappoints. I own a condo where, 11 years ago, Domenick’s provided window coverings for the entire property. The perfection they provided was the sole reason I decided to use them again for our house. Sometimes, things don’t go perfectly, whether due to a manufacturer issue or an installation problem. It happens to every company. Where THIS company shines is through their owner’s commitment to customer satisfaction. The owner personally showed up, fixing any issues and addressing our concerns. He did NOT make us wait whatsoever.

They were both so nice I felt bad even bringing it up. They corrected it with no hassle. They were able to figure out the best system for us in our price range. We had Domenicks do faux wood blinds for six windows and vertical blinds for three large lanai sliders in our condo. I couldn’t be more pleased with the final results! The salesman we worked with, and the installers were very professional and the products are an excellent quality. The cost was reasonable and the wait time between ordering and installation was much quicker than a second estimate we received from another company.
