We called and Kathy and Rick came to our house even before we moved in. Gave us a quote which was reasonable. They were highly efficient and were able to get our plantation shutters in 2 weeks. Others were saying months. Installation went beautifully. Rick did the installation on time and was in and out quickly. We love the look and the obvious quality. First of all, Kathy Brown is great. She explains everything in detail. She works with a great team and they are wonderful. All of her materials are made in the USA. My shutters are gorgeous and I love them. The vertiglide on my sliding door is magnificent. You can tell by the workmanship that Kathy, her husband, and her team love what they do.
