Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in the door! I was promptly greeted by the staff and asked how I could be helped. Although I was a bit overwhelmed , Beth and Michi immediately put me at ease assisting with choices. The owner, Jamie, joined in also ,offering her opinion and expertise with the others. I was so pampered and consequently bought 2 pairs of glasses from their fabulous array of choices! A wonderful experience and looking forward to my new look. Thank you Beth, Michi and Jamie!

I'm usually not big on writing reviews, however my experience at Eyes on First Ave was fantastic. Was looking for new sunglasses and they had a great selection. All the staff were super helpful from start to finish. Ended up with a nice pair of Maui Jimi sunglasses and a gift bag full of extra goods. This place may be my new go to for all my eye needs and the complimentary beverages is a nice touch.

New to the area and in need for an eye exam, I was so excited to find this shop right on First Ave. It was easy to get an appointment, and I really appreciated the text reminder. The eye exam was comprehensive, and I was impressed with the professional consultation. The shop has an incredible selection of frames, and it was great fun trying to choose. The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. Many thanks to all, and I look forward to visiting this shop again. Highly recommend- 5 star!

I tried adjusting my sunglasses on my own which just made things worse. Went here because they're closest to my home, and they were more than accommodating even though I didn't get the glasses from them. Offered me coffee, got the adjustment done quickly, made sure I was satisfied. Staff was very friendly. That's how you earn someone's business. Also very cool selection of men's frames.

I have purchased regular prescription glasses and sunglasses from Jamie and staff. They are all wonderful, very helpful with styling and fit. They are always happy to readjust when I stop in to browse. While I definitely paid more than the initial budget, I have had my glasses for 4 years and still love the timeless styling making them a great value. When I returned within the first year, Susan noticed I had scratched the (scratch-resistant) lenses and got them replaced for a nominal sum. Heading back with my daughter who now needs glasses, too. Me and my wife came in and were met by Shane with Champaign and Rum punch. She couldn't have been any more helpfull. Once we made our choices Jaime took care of the prescription and sizing while we had delicious Hawaiian sandwiches What a phenomenal experience whith some of the most Beautiful people you will ever meet. Then after I left my card there they were nice enough to bring it down street to the bar.

The staff were so nice, took their time to find the best glasses for me, the frames are beautiful, they have all the latest styles, of all different price ranges, I was given the option of lenses to put in, and was explained the difference which was nice. Most people wouldn't do that. I've used then before for my sunglasses and was extremely satisfied with my purrchase. They also once fixed my coach sunglasses for free. So I highly recomend.

Love this place. The owner Jaime has exceptionally nice arrays of frames and she truly helps you look for the best suited for your face. I was stuck between a $350 and a $600 frames. Both were stunning and both were suited new. One was magenta and there other was blue. Jaime looked at both and had me try both several times before she pointed out which frames matched my face size the best. I have a small face. While they both are gorgeous, one made my face look more alive and warm next to my complexion. After she measures my eyes carefully with machines, she also see exactly how to adjust the frames
