I visited this company's showroom and was impressed with their friendliness. My husband and I were excited to schedule an appointment for a kitchen remodel consultation.This appointment was scheduled out for 3 weeks. Once the 3 weeks came I received a call from Robert to move my appointment time to 4:30 instead of 5:30 due to his personal schedule conflict, I agreed and rearranged my work schedule and my husband did the same. We were quite happy with the flooring choices that Rob suggested for us and it was installed on time. At the same time we decided to red o a shower and that was done after the flooring was put in and that also went smoothly. We hired DR to do our kitchen countertops and bathroom remodel in 2017. The entire process was made much easier with the excellent communication provided by the entire team, from Rob to the project managers. The project was very well organized and the workers managed to stay right on the timetable. which made me very happy as this project was large and disrupted the house greatly. Any glitches and problems in the process were just routine problems that come up in construction projects. The team worked quickly and did an excellent job at cleaning up messes. We are glad we choose FTC to do our kitchen remodel and whole house new carpet install.
Every install/craftsman they sent to do various jobs were professionals!
We love the look of our new granite, tile floors, new sinks and gorgeous faucets.
Having new carpet installed is like going through a major move but the carpet crew made it the best possible experience with minimal disruption.

We started looking for a contractor to remodel our kitchen after not being happy with Kitchen Mart. Our research led us to Floor to Ceiling in Elk Grove. As we entered and was greeted like long lost family made us feel warm inside. Being treated as equils helped greatly to make us feel welcomed. The ladies worked well together aiding us to the right products.

We used Floor To Ceiling to have our kitchen counters and backsplash done. They helped to pick out the perfect colors and look I was trying to achieve. I loved the results and attention to detail. Then about a year later, we went back to have them put in our floors and baseboard for the entire downstairs. While it was a lot of work, they made it as accommodating as possible. They have wonderful and skilled people working for them for each process, and we could not be happier.
