I hired Jennifer Rodriguez and Bookkeeping Matters many years ago when I wanted to remove the bookkeeping function from my business to streamline our operations. Jennifer has been a great bookkeeping resource for my 10-person, $1MM marketing consulting company. Even though my dad is a CPA, I never picked up much in the way of accounting or bookkeeping skills. I'd like to think I know enough to ask good questions and find someone who knows what they're doing, so I hired Jennifer and Bookkeeping Matters about four years ago and she's been doing our books (in QBO) ever since. There great and would highly recommend. I have always taken care of our companies bookkeeping so was anxious to turn it over and now I regret we didn't years ago. Not only did it free up time but to get a P & L and Balance sheet that is accurate and up to date each month takes away a lot of stress knowing we don't have a year-end push to prepare documents for our CPA.
Oh and they wish I had done this years ago.
