My septic system pump failed due to a prior contractor's poor installation and maintenance. When that contractor wouldn't stand behind their work, my family was stranded four days without the ability to run any water in my house. I needed someone who would help me quickly.
I talked to multiple people at Site Specific Design, and they were all knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to help me with my family's emergency.
Their tech (Jon) was on site within a few hours of my initial phone call and was able to make necessary pump and tank repairs while on site. He explained everything to me in detail

John, the professional that came to look at the grinder pump system on our rental home was outstanding, as he is very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the mess the original builder had created when they installed the system. (He had already unraveled the "rats' nest" a bit before this picture was taken.) Just an obstacle that had to be overcome before he could work the real problem.

Excellent service from start to finish....Sue was so helpful getting an appointment for me, so pleasant to deal with, Scott, Service Manager responded quickly to help trouble-shoot the problem, and John was fantastic, professional, knew his stuff and despite the terrible humidity, quickly got my pump up and running. Would highly recommend, wonderful service, reasonable rates, too!

Recently had Scott out to install a new grinder pump when we had an issue with groundwater getting into our system and causing it to run too frequently. He was knowledgeable and helpful.
John has been out on two separate occasions and really bailed us out, even in miserable weather conditions. He was also professional and knowledgeable.
They always responded quickly to assist us, which is very appreciated when you can't run any water in your home.
Would absolutely recommend Site Specific Design for anyone who has a grinder pump at their home.

Excellent responsiveness, highly knowledgeable technicians who explain everything in plain terms with a friendly voice. We’ve used them twice, once to repair our septic grinder pump in 2016 (Father’s Day, no less) and again this year to diagnose another issue with our septic system. Would recommend to anyone having issues with their septic system.

Easter Sunday morning my grinder pump alarm went off and I went in to panic mode. I heard rumbling sounds in my system. I immediately called Site Specific and they answered my call right away. Soon after I received a call by Scott. He told me whatever I do to limit my water usage. I had explained the alarm and rumbling noises were off and on. Scott told me that was a good sign, and I requested to have a technician service the next day. My pump went on my sewer tie in. Called these guys first thing today. John got right back to me and arrived within a couple of hours to change out the pump despite having a full schedule. The whole thing only took 30 minutes. Very happy with the responsiveness and how quickly John got me up and running again! Highly recommend these guys.

Site Specific Design, Inc. rescued my family and I, after our grinder pump failed and water was backing up in our home. I made one phone call at 8am to Danielle at Site Specific and explained my situation. She took my information and explained the rates and various pricing that could come of our issue. Great company! My grinder pump stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I contacted 4-5 companies who all wanted to replace it without seeing it first because of its age. Then I called Site Specific Design and Mike called me back in less than an hour. Mike assured me that he would look at the pump and figure out if it needed replacing or if it was just something simple that could be repaired.
