Beware! I contracted Schneck Waterproofing Limited to stop water from leaking into my basement from the ceiling. I explained to them the water is coming from the cracked foundation on the outside into the ceiling of the basement. My basement never flooded from the bottom up. It didn't even flood from the floor up during Hurricane Sandy! So, Brandon, the co-owner, told me they would install a system that would keep the basement dry. I'm a recent widow and not knowledgeable about waterproofing systems so I let them put it in. Before they installed the system I had 7 buckets to collect water and after

100% recommend this company. they went above and beyond to fix the flood in my basement. I only paid for 3 walls to be worked on and they found an old connection on a 4th wall and connected that to the new lines they created. Another company could've been dishonest and NOT take that extra step because I didn't pay for it.
their work is also very clean and organize!

Dave and his team arrived to do a roughly 100 linear sf of basement walls with 2 pits. They came promptly on time. They said they would be there at 8:30 and they were there both days within the minute. They finished the first day much quicker than expected and the second day they were out by 1. They did a very clean job with the cement patching, and everything looks great. (this is not a clean job if you have a finished basement, that's just the matter of the job). I called 3 times to for an estimate on a basement leak and when I received a call back the gentleman I spoke with was impersonal, rude, and in no way professional. When asking if the company gave free estimates, the gentleman responded with a sigh and proceeded to say that all companies give free estimates. Not at all impressed with his professionalism. Thank you but I’d rather give my business to someone else.

Dave and his son Brock helped me tremendously on waterproofing a couple properties that I have owned over the years. He will tell you exactly what has to get fixed and then get in and fix it. Sometimes it as easy as installing a french drain and a sump pump on just one or 2 walls.

I highly recommend "Schneck Waterproofing Limited" for quality workmanship, reasonable cost, and they back up their guarantee with a highly functional waterproofing system. I had water in my basement every time it rained even slightly, and now since Schneck waterproofing has waterproofed my basement it is punk dry. Originally, I had three estimates, and Schneck Waterproofing Limited was thousands of dollars below all the other waterproofing companies, who had given me an estimate. It is always nice to hire a company who shows they take pride in the job they do for you.
