Accidentally stopped in for brunch and was really glad we did. Wife had a breakfast sandwich that looked tremendous, and my crab Benedict was rich and delicious. Anthony P was our waiter, and he was great. Asked about our day, answered our menu questions and made us feel like regulars. Would definitely return.

The food!!!!! It was amazing I've heard about this place from friends and it did not disappoint! The crab dip was fresh and seasoned to perfection! MY wife had the Bayou Penne and I had the Bronzini, my taste buds were happy she way happy and the drinks were poured by well trained bartenders lol. The staff are all welcoming and accommodating, it's a bit pricey but I'll be dammed if it ain't worth it!

When we came here for supper yesterday, we had a fantastic time. The entire team was extremely pleasant and professional in whatever they did.
Everything was delicious, and the amounts were larger than I expected. Our favorite was the Soft Shell Crab, which was cooked to perfection and had one of the most addictive flavors I've ever tasted.
The employees appeared to be in a good mood. The service was friendly and accommodating. We will undoubtedly return for dinner.

Blackwell Hitch is a great restaurant right near the harbor in Baltimore. The lights and decorations made it cozy and inviting.
The menu is large with so many great bites! I went with a few starters and was pleased with my decisions. The truffled mushroom had a variety of mushrooms and yummy cheeses! The fries were really really good. Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.
A great place for a quick bite or a nice dinner! Very relaxing and nice!

This was my first time at Black Wall Hitch and the service was quick and the food was great! I went with some friends on a Wednesday afternoon so it wasn’t busy. Our waiter Tessa was amazing and friendly. I arrived first and was greeted as soon as I entered. I’ll definitely be returning for dinner.

Went here for my sister birthday. The hostess was very nice that greeted us. The decor of the restaurant was very nice, but the service and food not the same. Not sure if the service was bad, because of Covid 19. It was bad. The waiter did not return until, it was time for the check. Did not check on us. The food was not how the pictures look in the reviews. The price does not match their serving sizes, and quality. I will go back to the other location in Annapolis, much better service.

Love this place! Oysters here are some of my fav in the city. Came here for brunch and was a bit surprised that they serve it until 3 on the weekend and you cannot order off the brunch menu until after 3pm which was a bit disappointing. Calamari is good, has a bit of a diff taste than the usual. Shrimp cocktail was good also. Large shrimps. The eggs Benedict was great also. Service here could be hit or miss depending on your server.

So I have mixed feelings. We got right in at around 5 on Friday although they seemed busy. Our waiter was ok bordering on inattentive. We had to ask for the check and ask to see a dessert menu. The calamari was OUT of THIS WORLD fantastic. I ate it all and it's a large portion. My harvest salad, on the other hand, was meh. I got goat cheese on the side and all I had were dry shredded vegetables. Very VERY little dressing and the salad was all carrots and cabbage and Brussels sprouts. Which weren't blanched or anything. So it was just like opening a bag of shredded cold slaw and eating

We made a reservation for 8 people. We got there and it was pretty busy, so we had to wait a bit for our table. When it opened up, we were in the back in the bar section. After letting the host know that the table wouldn't work for us, we were moved to a more comfortable seating area. We were offered water, but they had run out of glasses, so we were served water in plastic cups.

Everytime I've come here it's been excellent. Great cocktail list and thier salad game is on point. The calamari appetizer was a healthy portion for 4 of us. The breading and amount of tentacle ends was generous and I loved the addition of jalapeños and banana peppers. Happy to come here again and again.

We stopped in here during the week and it wasn't super busy. The booths were very large almost to the point of being uncomfortable. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu but he didn't check on us regularly. The food was good but a little pricey most likely due to the location. I got a cocktail which was delicious (The Dirty Hitch). Overall not a bad place but very touristy.

Came here for lunch and loved the food! The hostess was extremely rude and discourteous to us, but we waited for about 30 minutes to get seated- even though we had a reservation. Once seated, the service was terrible and we had to find a waiter because we didn't have a waiter for about 10 minutes. Extremely poor service throughout the meal- they seemed understaffed. As for the food, we ordered calamari which was fresh and the sauce was spicy and paired deliciously. I ordered the chicken burger and it was amazing. There were apples on it and is was a great combination and the fries were perfectly

All the food I had was delicious! The shobb salad, the calamari, crab cakes (the rice underneath was a bit lackluster), oysters and the drinks were pretty as well! The bartenders I had were SO NICE (and cutie pies) the atmosphere is fun, everything is very clean and a bit chic so a very cool place so far!

We found Blackwall Hitch online and decided to dine here after our visit to the aquarium - it was a short five-minute walk and open past 8pm (which is when a lot of places close nowadays). I made a reservation on OpenTable, and though we were running late, I was able to call the restaurant and they were accommodating to hold our table a little past the 15-minute grace period. When we arrived, the hostess was super friendly and made sure to acknowledge guests as soon as they entered the restaurant.
After we were seated, our waiter greeted us immediately and took our drink and appetizer orders.

Food was excellent they were IMO understaffed as our drinks took 15 min each time and our waiter who was obviously new never cleared any glasses so we had a lot of mess on the table BUT I do not think this is… the norm here the crab dip was amazing as was the shrimp app and calamari. The mushroom flatbread was good but needed a big hit of balsamic needed acid. Would try them again

We arrived on Sunday right as they open and the rush let us know that this was a great last minute pick. Parking isn't too bad pretty much want you expect for this area. We each ordered a different cocktail, a berry mimosa, sunrise and I got the salted caramel. I love coffee and espresso cocktails and this one was perfect. It had the right about of sweetness from the caramel without overpowering taste of coffee.

Delicious as always! This was my first time at the Baltimore location and they never disappoint. Although they were short staffed and service was slower than normal, I appreciated all the staff for working hard to accommodate my party of 11 for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The restaurant is nice and located in a great location in downtown Baltimore. Street parking is available but there is also garage parking across the sreet. The food was wonderful and very tasty. I sat at the bar and Wolfgang provided some wonderful food and drink recommendations. I came right after brunch but the chicken and waffles looked great. I definitely need to come back to try them.

I swear I love this place more and more every visit! Food is always fresh, flavorful and delicious! Chesapeake Flatbread...I ate the entire thing! The entire thing! So good! Peach and Burrata Salad...refreshing and light. The Peaches were juicy and perfectly ripe.

My sister really wanted some Maryland seafood so we decided to spend a day in the Baltimore harbor and enjoy some dining. We arrived a few minutes earlier than our reservation and were seated right away. Except for a little wait for our drinks everything was served promptly.
