I have not used their services yet, but I am impressed with the amount of great information on the website. I am a personal trainer with primarily a senior client base. Eventually, their needs ecpand to include the assistance of senior care. I plan to refer clients to Jacqueline Hawk andHeaven Heights.

Heaven heights deserves 5 stars . Being a caregiver for over 5 years with Jacqueline hawk has been a great experience. Shes a very hard worker always going out of her way for us caregivers . If you are looking for caregivers that ARENT properly qualified that ARE NOT properly trained and do not have license or any kind of qualifications this is the facility to go to. I’ve been working for Heaven Heights for close to nine months and the issues that I’ve had with Jacqueline is that she sends caregivers to cases of clients without properly informing the staff of what they’re walking their selves into. I’m at a very experienced caregiver and I was put on a case where I was told my client will only need light night

My Mom is 90 and doing great. All of a sudden she fell and broker her wrist. Because of that, we needed a care person to come in during the day and at night. By referral we found Heaven Heights. This company is absolutely amazing. The owner came out, interviewed my Mom, and sent over wonderful ladies to take care of my Mom. If you are looking for a Senior Care service I totally recommend this company. Five stars is not enough. They deserve 10 stars.

My mom was diagnosed with Dementia about 6 mos ago, Her Dr recommended that we look into having someone with mom at all times, my sisters and I all work full time jobs and were unable to work out a schedule where someone would be able to be there. Heaven Heights Senior Care” is a very professionally run organization. the caregivers that work there are the best and really care about their patients. They are very conscientious and ensure no effort is spared in providing comfort to their clients. The care givers prepare delicious well balanced meals for their clients. They makes sure that the clients take all of their medications and are always watchful for signs of side effects. The care givers are very comforting and they provide someone for their clients to talk to who is genuinely interested in what they have to say.
