HLAA is a membership organization that offers a wide range of tools, information, publications and events to help people with hearing loss live life fully and without compromise. Hearing loops improve the movie and theater experience for people with hearing loss. A hearing loop is a copper wire placed within a venue and connected to the audio system.

I had an appoint with Dr. Gibeault in Middlebury, arranged for me by the VA. I arrived well ahead of time and Taylor had me fill out a little paperwork. After a few short minutes Dr. Gibeault was ready for me. She performed a few tests and was very good about explaining each one. When the testing was complete we sat and talked about what the results meant collectively. The process was very smooth and I was out of the office only a few minutes past my original appointment time. Both Dr. Gibeault and Taylor were very nice, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend Better Living Audiology.

My recent appointment with Doctor Bier was absolutely marvelous in every sense. To be honest, for several years I had delayed making an appointment with an audiologist. Since my recent very relaxed appointment with Doctor Bier, I have taken the time to discuss her carefully explained findings with my husband and my daughter. We three agreed that I would be wise to move ahead with some options presented to me by Doctor Bier. I look forward to visiting with her again in the very near future.

Everything about this experience was great!
I had ear problems and the office personnel were sensitive to time constraints on my part and they were able to schedule an appointment almost immediately.
I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to work with me in any way they could.
The doctor was kind, reassuring and showed expertise in treating the ear condition that l had.
My experience was top -of -the -line across the board.
My highest recommendation for this audiology team .
They were the BEST !!
