We as a Design/Build contractor assume single responsibility for your project and aim to eliminate the task of dividing your project between different design, purchase, and installation contractors.

Joe Sananas and his company Creative Remodeling & Design is one of the finest contractors I've had the pleasure of working with. This is the second large project that he has done for us over the past few years. His thought process is impeccable and he has never led us down the wrong path. Joe and his team gave me the kitchen of my dreams!!! Joe took my very broad idea (“I want something contemporary”) and helped me identify exactly what I was envisioning. His recommendations were so on point that there were design elements we were comfortable enough asking him to make final selections for. His team was neat, efficient, and detail oriented. I was happy to pass along their information to friends and recommend to anyone looking!

Our hall bathroom is the third bathroom completed by Creative Remodeling. We selected the vanity and countertop in the Design Center. Chris Brown was helpful in making our decision
The workmen are the best. They came early everyday and worked constantly until six. They were careful to protect the rest of the house from dust. They are experts in electricity, plumbing, drywall, tile and painting
The finished bathroom is amazing.

Creative Remodeling redid our master bathroom and they did a pretty good job! The owner Joe had valuable input into the design and came up with many good ideas. The construction team finished the job pretty much on time with good workmanship. Overall the project went well with few glitches. Would recommend.
