Luke and Joey were great to work with during the design phase. Their standard is most other companies upgrades. Carl was very attentive and responsive during the construction phase of the house with Lee making sure everything was done in a timely manner with these challenging times.

We love our new home, custom built by Virginia Builders! It is exactly what we had been searching for, and we are so grateful to out realtor Alexandra Serrano for introducing us to this wonderful, locally owned family business. The builders Luke and Joey went out of their way to make sure that we understood the process and that we were completely satisfied with our new home. Lee went above and beyond as our Project Manager in his attention to detail, to ensure that the house was absolutely perfect and even walked us through personally before closing.

I recently had Virginia Builders build my new home in Chesapeake. The team at Virginia Builders really prioritizes their customers and it’s evident by their commitment to ensure customer satisfaction. There are many challenges in our current world when you build a New house. Luke and Lee will absolutely go above and beyond to ensure not only the highest quality product is delivered but also that you’re in love with your new home. We used Virginia Builders to build our own design on our own land. We are very happy with our new home and the entire process to build our home. They worked with us on plans and design, and saw the project through in a timely and professional manner. We highly recommend them!!
